hard i guess, he’s the most expensive character, you need to encounter twisted dandy which kind of takes some skill cause he comes around floor 10-15 but sometimes 8/9 and 100% research on twisted astro which also, is hard cause most mains if your unlucky spawns at like 15-20. Starts spawning at 5 though with a low chance
