I know a lot of people say the water temple is bad but i honestly really enjoyed it! The low gravity and bubble thingys just brought it all together even though it was simple.
I liked it, but I was _really_ hoping it would be hard. The only hard water temple I've played was in TP and I wanted ToTK to repeat that tradition. But over all it was fun
Sidon is seriously the coolest fish in town. What a guy 🤣 Also was anyone else expecting him to grow to like the size of King Dorephan when he was crowned King?
The water temple is a great dungeon, and the boss is a little silly, but me personally, the boss is a little bit annoying in phase two with the slug and all
I’ve been thinking on it. I wondered what character the Mucktorock reminded me of in it’s ridiculousness and general persona. I remembered this evening that it was the Mighty Zote from Hollow Knight, a small but fierce and a little silly.
Has anyone else noticed the masks the Sages of the elements wear are the divine beasts? Also, this is one of my favorite water temples, but the boss can go pound sand. That was a frustrating fight.
I know that many people didn't care for the Blight Ganons, but at least they were a genuine threat. If I had made it to the end of the Zora questline in BotW only to learn that my beloved fiancée Mipha was martyred by a cartoonish Mario villain like Mucktorok, that would have been difficult to take seriously.
They were not a genuine threat- the champions were weak. I love Revali and I know everyone loves Mipha, but that doesn’t change the fact of how weak they all were in comparison to the Phantom Ganons. Yeah they’re not Blight Ganons, that was a mistranslation. In the Adventure Log, it calls them Phantom Ganons and that’s also what they’re called in the Japanese version.
After almost a 120 years our boy Sidon's got married! Not sure how much hope that brings all us single folks without multi-century lifespans, but it brings us hope nonetheless. Mucktorok is such a wonderful boss, design-wise. He reminds me of the wimpy kid you find in some bully groups who really should be the one they pick on, but in some strange twist of fate has made friends with the biggest, toughest dudes in the school. He is my least favorite boss to beat, but he's got so much personality.
