New BOD hat and some progress this week. #crochet #knitting #bodhatapalooza #crafty #yarntalk Blurred Lines Beanie • Quick Crochet Beanie |... Crochet with Nona • March Book Cover Blank...
What’s up, Zuri?! (I hope I spelled that right. Pls excuse if not!) So happy to see the ATL represented in the crochet world! 🙌 You are a delight to watch. Also, it’s *really* cool to see crochet items made and altered by someone other than the designer (though I love me some Bag-o-Day crochet vids!) to see how others like you have modified it to suit your preferences. It’s also cool to see beautiful things worked in different yarn that is more economical (no shade, but some of us can only afford sale or budget yarn). Especially in wearables, we all have different needs for things like head size or shape or hair space etc, but not everyone is as intuitive as you to modify the pattern accordingly, so this is very helpful. Thank you for sharing your crochet experiences because it helps a lot of peeps on the interwebs.
Thanks! Yeah I’ve started using a smaller hook for top down hats and the size is much closer to what I’m looking for. I guess I’m just a loose crocheter.
Love that pattern I had the same issue with fitting so what I did was back loop rd 6 then did decreased all my rows until I started my brim which gave a perfit fit....thank you for sharing
You are doing a good job. Practice makes perfect the more you make videos the more comfortable you will get, it takes confidence to do videos, everyone does not have it, you do😊👍🏽
I just happened on your channel and I love your hat. Can you tell me where I can find the pattern? Will you be making a video on how to make it? I’ll be at other things on your channel. Thank you, Have a great day.
