Love your vids! You and Ralph have great videos on running a bricklink store, as someone who wants to open a store soon, what do you recommend doing regarding getting some parts? Do you recommend the ebay lots or are those a terrible ROI compared to new sets that are discounted?

What I have said for many year is that if I could consistently get new lego sets at 40-50% off I would focus mostly on parting out new sets. Thanks for great words of encouragement!
