S3: the little kiss is also NO cheating, does that even count?! 🤷🏽♀️ But the DENVER kiss is 100% comparable with Bella/Jakob kiss from twilight eclipse. "I'm becoming someone I don't want to be and feeling things I don't want to feel" These were Elena's words. In season 4, Elena stopped being herself because of the sirebond. If she had stayed herself, she would never have gotten involved with Damon. This is obvious and logical to me. I just don't understand why, when she became human again and the sirebond stopped working, she was still stuck with him.
@@maraigal1196 Not exactly before the show started. Julie plec said this about the show. STEFAN and ELENA are the TRUE EPIC LOVE story. But Damon is THIRD of the triangle. The producers did only one thing they created the sirebond to let Elena act out for Damon but NOT with Stefan. LITERALLY nothing changed between Stefan and Elena. Yes Nina left the show bc of her projects. But I’ve also heard if Nina would come back for the whole season 8 they could bring Stefan and Elena back together. But Nina was available only for one episode also bc of her projects during the last season. In vampire diaries there were two options either Stefan and Elena would be endgame or bust.

She was NOT faithful to Stefan, she had feelings for Damon whilst she was with Stefan. Elena was wrong for jumping from brother to brother and Damon was wrong for stealing his brother's girl.
In whole season 3 Elena‘s HEART was STRICTLY for Stefan. At the end of her birthday Elena said this: I love you Stefan. Hold on to that. Never let that go. She can also say that to Tyler or Matt if they brought her the necklace. That’s NOT love ‼️‼️ Instead of IGNORING the REST of the conversation you should have paid attention bc she also said this to Alaric: I LOVE(d) Stefan. The ENTIRE time ‼️‼️ And apparently you refuse to understand Elena’s MAIN character. Everything what she said to Alaric is TRUE with faithful, she would NEVER hurt or she loves the entire time. That she slept with Damon is another case bc she did it under the EFFECT of the SIREBOND and Julie plec admitted. The producers are very careful about Elena NOT looking bad for “sleeping” with Damon. Just think about it for one minute if the sirebond was NOT existed, NOTHING in season 4 would happen she would be exactly the same like as human. Caroline explained it at best: being a vampire amplified who you already are and does not change you in a different person. And bc Elena is SIRED she is completely DIFFERENT.
