In January of 2024, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) issued a warning about the global financial sextortion crisis. Sextortion is a growing problem for young people today. At OUR Rescue, we want you to be empowered to keep predators out of your homes via the internet. The FBI reports that “there have been an alarming number of suicides identified in male victims of financially motivated sextortion schemes.” This video is intended to educate individuals on the issue and help parents start conversations with their children.

When i was in middle school, there was rumors going around about some very nasty pics of me. It used to make me feel so down and wanting to just make it stop..BUT GOD. I'M STILL HERE AND I TOOK A STAND FOR THOSE THAT COULDN'T OR WEREN'T READY TO DO THE SAME.

Growing up and myself being female I had mostly guy friends. I'm 35 so this was when cell phones were fairly a newer thing but it being a newer thing nudes were very popular and I remember my buddies showing the other guys and myself at times these types of pictures. Therefore I saw how easy that was for them to share with no care or concern. It made me aware and I've never shared those type of pictures at least so young. Having a 15 year old daughter I've told here this story as well to let her know(especially with social media NOW) to never send anything of the nature. Their are even adults after 10 years of marriage then divorce that this happens too. It's terrible and cruel and should be taken more serious in the justice system. To anyone whose been victimized in this it any other way, my heart is with you!

And nowadays those pictures can be just made up by AI. Like that girl who’s face was put into an „adult” content film. Messages can be make up. I’m praying for kids in this generation.

I had this kind of experience with my young son, but by the grace of Yeshoua The AllMighty, he felt to kill himself and my wife and I were here for him.

The first time I heard of this topic was when I lived in the middle east about the same time as the desert storm operation about 22 years ago. Phone answering machines were becoming popular with locals and there were men who would call up young girls and record them while the men were seducing them over the phone and tricking the girls into saying things that were very forbidden in that culture. Then the men would call back and play the recordings for the girls they had previously called and the men would threaten to tell the girl's parents IF the girl did not MEET them in person somewhere. It was horrible and caused many suicides because there was NO forgiveness given to the girls by their families or their religion and also honor killings were allowed by that culture. Please, girls and guys, be careful but also remember that every shame we have ever experienced was PAID FOR by Christ when He died for OUR sins on the cross. Also, the Bible said he was stripped naked as part of his execution for crimes He did NOT commit. God placed ALL our shame onto His Son and sent ALL our sin to Hell to stay forever! Amen! It is so! It is true!

Just say it was AI generated... Better yet, don't even take such pics, and if you do, NEVER send them to anyone who isn't your SPOUSE!!! The end made me weep. Your children should never question your unconditional love for them that they would even consider suicide, no matter the reason.
