This simply is how I got into Static X. I went into a music store asked what was new as far as metal and I was shown Static X Machine and it was love at first listen ❤️ RIP Wayne
Little known fact..Wayne Static was doing music with Billy Corrigan of the Smashing Pumpkins, before they separated and did their own thing..Smashing Pumpkins, and Static X
One of the coolest bands of all time, came in with an entirely unique sound and a unique look and their music hit you like a freight train covered in spikes.
If you want to return to something a little longer then Vektor might be up your alley. In particular Charge the Void, Cygnus Terminal, LCD, or Recharge, the Void all from their album Terminal Redux seem like songs you'd really enjoy.
If you like Rammstein, you will like Static X too, they're top on Industrial Metal. I recommend you to react more of their song - This is not - I'm with stupid See you in your next choice
Nice video, man. Love your channel. Have a bunch of suggestions that smashed my mind when I came across for the first time: 1. Brand Of Sacrifice - "Animal" 2. Currents - "So Alone" 3. Invent Animate "False Meridian" 4. Distant - "Heritage" 5. Signes Of The Swarm - "Unbridled" Hope you'll check some of them
I'm enjoying watching your journey into heavier music a lot, dude! It's so awesome to see how metal is branching out and reaching so many people, and that folks are realizing how much fun it can be, and also how much incredible music there is. Since you are asking for choppy, chunky, crunchy -- And I'm sure it may have been recommend already to you -- 'Humanity's Last Breath' in my opinion are the current most forward thinking, and heaviest band making waves. I highly recommend their newest single 'Instill' -- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-K6XCQ2QrMkk-.html- Utterly mindblowing intensity. This song reshapes what metal can be for me in a lot of ways. They're other previous single 'Labyrinthian' is a bit more straight forward, but the chunk is phat on this one -- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0QpSgqFs5oQ.html
Catchy tune, but the lyrics are a bit overpowered by the music. The lyrics themselves are a bit low-effort, in my opinion, with very vague links from one line to the other. This song is just one of those who gives a f*ck head bangers.
ok Sevsimo i have a challange for you. Song which is very rarely reaction to but it's choppy and vocalist is calling elvis of metal. The song is VOLBEAT - Still Counting
I'm gonna keep saying it until you "get it" ;) Do Tool opiate. The whole album . It's only like 30 minutes... You will see what started all the choppy drops !!! Love your reactions btw !!
the first part is you have created the cookie form, you keep pushing the cookie form. they see it. and the corporations sees it. its a battle. Also you push that line until you live or die. welcome to life
If you want some stuff you have not heard before try these. Machine Head - Davidian, Ten Ton Hammer, Old. Devildriver - Horn of Betrayal, Fury of our Makers Hand, End of the Line, I've Been Sober, Clouds Over California. Metallica - And Justice for all, Orion, Anything off of the Justice or Puppets albums. Pantera - Cowboys from Hell, Fucking Hostile, This Love, Cemetary Gates.
Should check out "Loser" too. Push It, Loser, The Only, So Cold were the ones that got a lot of air time in my time. Edit: Sorry, it's called "I'm With Stupid", not "Loser".
They are awesomem live. Im sooooo grateful i saw him live and his Mrs before he overdossed and before she committed suicide :) beautiful couple. This song is called LOVE DUMP ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vfttIcWRP4U.html
Great reaction my friend, this band rocks on another level for sure, I'd like to request a reaction to "Wolf Totem" official music video by "The Hu" band, mongolian folk metal that brings the choppyness in spades, keep up the great work 👍. Peace, love, and choppyness from Canada 🇨🇦
I'm 25 years late. I just heard them today and I'm obsessed. What a punch of a song. I'm sad to know that the vocalist passed away ten years ago. The new vocalist is doing great in honoring Wayne. It's like Wayne got back in form of a skull or something. A really cool way to deal with the situation. I'll look for more songs of them.
Static-X is a lot of fun. Their second album "Machine" is my favorite of their catalogue. I highly recommend the track Get To The Gone (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JZ6na9UWdpg.html) off that album. They are an industrial rock/metal band from the late 90s, and their singer Wayne Static died a while back from a drug overdose. The band is currently touring with Edsel Dope (from the band Dope) doing vocal duties as a tribute to Wayne. Very fun band. I highly recommend.
One of my favorite “chunky” songs was (still is actually) “Now Is The Time” by Dope. Not one of their big hits or anything and a bit slower, but still a great song. “Stem” by Static X here is another great chunky song.
I can highly recommend a good fan cam from any of the recent shows with Xer0 (Edsel Dope), the band is in my opinion better than ever, even though the uniqueness of Wayne's persona and voice can't be fully replicated. All their songs are catchy because their genre is "Evil Disco" which Wayne invented.
