Hey brother! Finding friends is hard as an adult. If you’re ever feeling too lonely try going to your old church, since you mentioned that! If you can’t go there anymore try a new church in your area, you may just find great friends there!
Loneliness has become a global epidemic over the years. It's never easy to be alone, especially when we are all social creatures. However, we should learn to be comfortable with ourselves, even though it can be difficult. I only have one friend right now, but that's okay. What matters is that once you love yourself more, others will gradually like you more. Humans love things or people that are associated with positivity. Look, I'm not saying you need to force yourself to be happy, but we can all work towards being a better version of ourselves. Start by taking some time to discover what you like (hobbies, interests, etc), and give yourself some personal time and space to heal for your mental health. I'm suffering from C-PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, etc too, but I do not let these disorders dictate my life. We can all improve together, step by step. Once you become happier, you will naturally be more confident. By then, people will slowly start to like you more. Of course, all of these require time and patience. Be content with what we have, instead of circumstances we can't control. It's a slow journey, but you got this!
I'm so glad you've found ways to cope with your challenges. It's great that you're taking steps to improve your mental health. I'll do what I can to do the same. Thank you for the inspiration words.
hey man, im 15 and struggle with something similar. i often find myself very distant from social norms. you are brave for coming out here and talking, even i wouldnt do that. i cant really give any advice, but you really are a brave guy
Thanks. I really appreciate that. It's nice to know I'm not alone in feeling this way. Sometimes it feels like everyone else is on a different planet. It's tough, but you're not the only one struggling. We'll get through this together.
@@AndrewDanielsTV thanks man, I agree. To be honest seeing your video made me feel better, it really is nice to know we aren’t alone, it’s just the feeling of loneliness. That being said, having someone there to rely on is something everyone needs. But WE GOT THIS💪
It's best not to have no friends at all because alot of people nowadays don't know what true friendship is and friends will betray you and take advantage of you
@@AndrewDanielsTV if you do choose to have some friends it's very important to choose your friends wisely and also choose friends that you can trust and be careful who you trust and tell your problems to because everyone who smiles at you is not your friend because there are alot of evil people in this world
