I'm happy to see your utility improving, keep in mind it is easier to improve it when using too much util than it is when using too little, just don't throw it senselessly of course, i like how you peeked mid at 10:05 the flash doesn't hit them from there but if you suspected a rush i guess its fine, but whenever you peek mid early in the round like that you want to peek close to the corner as you did there as it means your teammates can pass behind you easily. If i were you i would have muted that guy sooner and the guy on the other team talking shit, if a teammate only insults someone and doesn't make useful calls then he is merely an annoying distraction at best, at worst he could tilt you and make you play worse, same for the guy on the enemy team. overall i'm seeing improvements in many aspects of your play, keep it up.
Hey, Jordan! Thank you so much for the insight! I always enjoy your comments, and I will continue to develop my util usage. When it comes to toxic teammates or opponents, I should definitely have muted them earlier
wow i just saw the video before this one and i thought you were making progress on youtube but here you are putting the cam in! with a little patience and dedication i'm sure one day your videos will explode in views and your account in subscribers. Following your adventure is an honor and a pure pleasure. the best is yet to come keep it up! -- here's a good example of why you should ALWAYS aim for the head : 3:56 4:56 6:20 8:47 9:49 10:04 10:23 --OMG that green guy drove me crazy when it's not even me playing. Sometimes I don't understand how anyone can be so disrespectful to me, it's just not right to be like that. 9:10 on top of that he talks loudly and gives orders while being dead and makes you stress and push without thinking. there are plenty of players like him on cs it makes me sick xD Anyway, it's a wonderful video and I can't wait for the next one!
Thanks dude! I always appreciate your comments dude! It means a lot. Truly!! Need to figure out if I should keep the cam or not. It distracts me a bit from my gameplay tbh. I think about it being there in the background xD
@@Memphisplays_ the cam can stress a bit i'd be the same just try to do as if it wasn't there, but when it's nessaisair you can talk to us 2-4 sec (no need to turn your head and look at the cam) and get back to your gameplay. there are great youtubers who never use the cam don't stress do as you please.
Thank you! And it’s not just you. I feel a script is not that genuine.. but I understand it can help. I am super insecure about myself, so ai wanted ho display that in a way. Maybe it was stupid.
@@Memphisplays_ BUDDY. You did it AGAIN: 10:38 😂 edit: another on at 11:00 lol edit2: I went through the whole video and I didn't find any other spots where you unmask yourself accidentally. If you have any other videos with a mask you might want to check those yourself. 😂 Some tipps I can give is the music you add in can be a bit loud, try to keep it a little lower than your own voice at all times. When you add text it's kind of weird. You should def. give it a backdrop/shadow to make it standout from whiteish backrounds. Also your text kind of does a spanning animation across the whole screen, which is a bit hard to read. You could just put it at the bottom of the screen or maybe below your webcam (keep in mind it shouldn't be in the way of automated youtube subtitles). Also you have a really long black screen at the end of your video, no idea why but it's pointless. For max midroll ads (which I don't think you can put yet) you need 8 minutes of video, it used to be 10). You can also test your thumbnails with thumbsup.tv, it will let you see how your thumbnails look on desktop, mobile and tv devices. Try to keep Thumbnails simple, and instead of using text try to tell the viewer what you want them to know with the title and few thumbnail elements. You can try making similar thumbnails to larger CS creators. Remember the thumbnail is the bait that gets people interested and the title will inform them. A boring text thumbnail with a gun is less likely to get people interested. Also add some bright colors to attract the zoomers lmao. No idea what you use for editing but I recommend Davinci Resolve (it has a free version that isn't very restrictive and you can do A LOT with it, downside it'S harder to learn), and for photo editing you should obviously go with Photoshop, and if you don't want to pirate that I'd say go with gimp 2.0. It's not as good as Adobe PS but it's your best chance at making amazing thubmnails. Anyways, enough of my info dumping, I wish you the best of luck with your RU-vid/CS journey and I hope to see you at the big CS events soon :)
@@iamxevicho5170 Bloody H... that's painful, and extremely embarrassing. Will definitely take a much better look at my future videos.. need to make this into something I can learn from to be frank. I greatly appreciate it, detective! Thank you =D I'm not very familiar with editing so this is just as much a part of my journey as playing CS. Hope to improve on both moving forward. Kind regards, an embarassed Memphis.
@@Memphisplays_ No need to be embarrassed man, we all start somewhere. Mistakes are bound to happen here and there, only thing that matters is that you learn from them. Also I'm not sure if I came across this way but in no way am I laughing at you with the laughing emojis. I just saw you reply to my comment, watched some more of the video and saw you sipping on your soda unmasking yourself again and I just thought it was funny. And tbh you don't need a mask at all, but I get wanting to stay anonymous for the time being. I honestly thought you were trolling or smt because you were so casually unmasking to sip on your soda, that shit was funny man.😂 Anyways, don't let this bother you. I've looked at some of your other videos and you're doing great. You're editing is good, just experiment a bit more with the thumbnails and you'll be golden. Take it easy and best of luck to you.
Thank you for your kind words! I truly appreciate them. If I was trolling, it would have been hilarious! haha! I appreciate that you took the time to watch my entire video, and give some great feedback as well! Thank you!
