"Alexa, play classic rock!" And a thousand voices all over the world start shouting "Alexa!! *STOP* !" as the Alexas in *our* living rooms start playing ...
Please take out the old eggshells out of the eggbreader, they will rotten and lots of bacteria will grow there and can infect the other eggs / chicks. You will smell this too. Infected eggs can explode badly with an horrible smell! Be careful. Maybe you have the possibility give the little chicks special baby- chick food witch contains all minerals and eggfood they need for their growing for their age . I'm buying this in my local farmerstore or local seedfactory . I don't know if you should give them fresh baked bread . I never did that . I don't know how hot it is at your place but in my climatzone the Babys also need some electrical heater to warm up / get hatch. My English is not good enough to explain . But on RU-vid you find a lot informations for rising baby-chicks without a chickenmama . It's also not that easy to put them back to the old Chickens , the old once wouldn't be very friendly when they are not protected by a chickenmother . You need patience. My little chicks loved their babyfood with grated carrots and poppyseeds . In my country you have to vaccinate the little chicks against "Newcastle " and "Marek bird desease " and coccideosis. I love your videos from your little paradise a lot . I hope everything is going well and the little birds will grow up healthy.. fingers crossed 😘
Hi Mikey and R.J and family. I would like to give you some information about your chicks. They need chick starter crumbs for food. Also untill they are fully feathered they should be kept warm. Around 99 Fahrenheit. Don't leave them in cool by air conditioning. They will die. They need heat lamps and to be kept warm and dry. Please check out and research these things. Lots of you tubers have chicks and all feed starter crumbs.much love from Scotland xxx
Hi Mikey, you may try to plant Noni Fruit also in your food forest. It has health benefits including boosting the immune system and repairing damaged cells, improving joint health and increasing physical endurance.
feed the chicks some chick boosters... they're getting picky with the mix seeds ... very vital for theme these crumble chick boosters ... feed them organic when they are adults ...
Mickey your feed for your chick's are too big for the baby chick's You supposed to feed them starter for the chick's , the feed store knows that . ( starter for the baby chick's )
mix that apple cider vinegar in with your chicken/ pheasant food and they will love it. just try and see. Plus Rhode Island Reds are the State Bird of Rhode Island.
Long time viewer, love the channels. Please please please beep out Alexa when you say it. Lol I was watching your video when you said alexa play...and my alexa started playing music. Lol
MR'S Bustos and Garcia fisrt I'd like to say hello from Houston Tx You are my positive vibe on line from the dad jokes to AC Channel I know it's not easy to please the world. pleasing people can be the heaviest burdens to bear. I pray for your strength daily. we the world love you. your so amazing and most of all "chosen" for the job. Said all of that to say it would be really cool and a great vlog idea to see you candle light your chicken eggs in your incubator. candle lighting is when your in a dark room ,you take a on flash light take eggs and set it on top of the on flash light, which turn will show a developing embryo if the egg has been fertilized. Thanks love you guys.
Give your chicks vitamins, especially the non native breeds. The Philippines has a lot of poultry diseases. The coop also needs to be cleaned frequently if you are working with a setup like yours. But tbh I suggest you stick with native chickens or bantams, get ducks and geese, they are more resilient and lower maintenance.
Honestly I kind of like that the blogs more activity based rather than just daily now getting a day-by-day is nice and all but I like actually having updates and stuff it's pretty cool saying the advancement
It’s funny how I immediately go back to your page every time I need some good vibes. I am in a middle of binge watching a very intense series and needed a good break! i would definitely love to see you in person is cebu mikey and rj!
I’m so glad Philippines Airlines is so careful enough to keep its passengers safe! Greetings from holidays in beautiful Senegal where there are stunning random Acacias trees everywhere and the most stunning Baobab trees that are so magical! ❤ Can’t wait to see your lovely mom soon 😍
honestly, he should have hired a veterinarian as a consultant since he's just beginning learning farming. Trying to learn from experience seems like a lack of empathy to animals' life. Imagine how many animals need to die just for him to "learn"...
Lol! Exactly! But I have my chicks/chickens on an all natural diet, no feeds. This includes insects/mealworms, egg, grains, veggie/fruit/nut mix I give to my parrots/pheasants/song birds, and bread. I also supplement with multivitamins in the water. The chicks are strong and growing quickly, hormone-free! ❤️
I thought you will place them with the mother hen. But, I'm happy when put them inside the Aviary. Love your vlogs as usual. Good luck to you and RJ.🥰🥰
OMG!! We gots chicks!!! WAHOO!! LOL, those are some spoiled chicks (no surprise there). It’s always great to welcome RJ’s family. Ya’ll are really the consummate hosts :). I love how much ya’ll use that pool, it’s awesome!! That vinegar looks incredible!!! OH YES, San Francisco Salt Company, I know this place very, very well… :). I was really hoping we’d get to see the dogs in the pool. Poor Sahara just doesn’t like the pool. Watching RJ and Cypher just fills my heart with happy. It’s exciting that your Mom is coming, I’m super excited to see her again. Please, please let us see her greet the dogs when she gets there. I’m sure they’re going to be so happy to see their Lola. The stingless bees need a constant supply of flowers, so flowering native trees are definitely the way to go. Native trees like narra, banaba, etc. are great. For more information/training on stingless bees, you can check out the UPLB Bee Program under Dr. Cleofas Cervancia (she is also Ms. Angie Mead-King's consultant).
Oh sorry I forgot.lol. the wing sticking out could be angel wing. Mostly caused by too much protein. It needs sorting asap to stop chick having permanently deformed wings. I had a duckling that was found with this. It stayed deformed and had to live as a pet on my pond. Hope you don't mind the information
Ooooh, excited to have your mom soon, she brings a lot of good things and happiness to all of you there and the doggies , and she is such a good cook and takes care of everyone there. We learn so much from her and we love her. 🙏❤️🌸Spoil her mikey , spoil her and take her to many places there that she’s never been to yet and lotsa cash for mama every week so she can go to places and buy what she would like to eat and stuff she needs, spoil her.❤ Rj’s relatives are quite the opposite of his own family- hahaha, they’re very energetic, super friendly to the camera and enthusiastic , laughs and just full of happiness and fun- maybe because of their lifestyle in the US and exposure to the city. Need to build your fence now mikey in your farm/zoo land for safety- build a bit higher fence on the other side so your future neighbour will not be pissed off on the many noises/sounds your animals will make in the future , build your solar panels for both 2 lands cause you might someday build a bahay kubo on the lot and animals need lighting also and to save energy and electricity. Perhaps more panels on your main house cause that’s such a big property and you have an ant room there. And perhaps to build and put up a local type of water source in the farm land for farming and to water the plants soil in your garden - we call it “poso” or “bomba in bisaya”, I think Rj knows that in the province country side. It’s like an electric poso and water source is from the very bottom of the soil and run by the pipe or tubes. Build 2 for both lands. It will help your needs a-lot . Hire a professional company who does that and builds it. You can have it both lots esp when water source is very low and dry. It will help your needs with water a-lot. Just paint your fence probably very light gray on the farm land in all sides except your neighbour’s side of the fence and up to your neighbour to paint their own side of the fence that you’ll build around.Plain suggestions only. I just thought of these long time ago, but I know you and Rj really planned to put solar , or probably plans to do it now sooner to save lots of money from the monthly bills. And plant more trees around the 2 properties and those coconut and buco trees and saging trees and papaya trees and lots of malunggay trees and line them all up in one side , more bahay kubo vegetables , and fruit bearing trees and plants, hire a professional farmer/gardener to do it and they’ll teach you how to maintain and harvest and they can come 2x a year to check and maintain those . I’m always excited to see both lands flourish and beautify. 😉😁🌺🌸🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️
