Not in the soft NFL. Them kids could not deal with this type of man. They wear makeup nowadays. If Sapp was in the league today he would be kicked out for hitting too hard.
I am a Miami fan. I am so glad that Sapp looks very happy. He is excited to do what he is doing and has that purpose to get up in the morning. His love for the game shows. That is the pure beauty of life. A real purpose. Good for him!
Sapp may be the absolute best I’ve seen in regards to dealing with the media. Sharp and mindful, nothing coming out of his mouth is irrelevant. He got a better media presence than Deion and that’s saying something.
@@twon8548Dione doesn’t have love for the game? Let people be who they are . His attitude helped me him who he was. Don’t get it twisted , Sapp has an ego but it goes with the territory.
You must work for a public relations firm. Sapp's personal and professional life is scandal ridden. Embarrassing that he is employed with a university.
@@mikeg9305 yea that is correct , I have met and spoke to hundreds of celebrities, and he is top 5 as nicest and humblest, you can’t judge a human being unless you meet them
I remember watching Sapp when he was in the NFL….an absolute beast!! He even scored some offensive touchdowns. His TD dance was legendary on the playground
That man was a nightmare for offensive guards and tackles at the 3 technique. Cool to see him getting into coaching, old boy is fired up! I'm sure not everybody agrees with the way Prime runs his team, but that's his leadership style, he doesn't seem to bend to anybody. But damn, between him and Sapp that's a wealth of defensive football knowledge right there. Sapp up front showing the D Linemen how to win on the line of scrimmage and Deion showing the skills he used on the back end in coverage. Those Colorado defensive players are really lucky
The problem with Sapp is the same problem with Deion, they are both Hall of Fame players expecting that all their players play like them. Both were totally unique and, honestly, neither has ever been replicated. Sapp is one of the most fierce competitors the NFL has ever seen, up there with LT for sure. Also, his first step was ridiculous and once he had leverage on the lineman, it was over. Great interview. Looks like he is having fun. Let's see how his players play for him. I think they will be much improved defensively.
I dont know if that is a fair critique of their coaching style. My issue with Deion is the high profile culture he brings. Players want the focus on them. Not all of them are going to the NFL. Those role players dont want to looked at as accessories to a bunch of stars.
2:02- 2:13 "The table is set, let's eat - we are going to pour concrete"...That right there! I cannot wait to for the college football season to begin! GO BUFFS🐃🐃🐃
Yooooooo this felt soooooo good!!!! I been a Sapp fan forever. I felt for my boy when he had a few flaws and episodes that we all have in life. You could tell he was lost and looking for something a while back, and it's evidently clear that this is what HIS PURPOSE was ment to be after the game. The dude seems so happy and fulfilled and I LOVE IT!!! 💯💯 Lets Get it!!!
The mix of Knowledge and enthusiasm is a lethal mix when it comes to coaching in any sport. Young people will eat it up, and I am sure that having two hall of famers on staff doesn't hurt! It will be interesting to see how the players react when adversity raises its head.
So excited for him! The energy that he brings to the game has always poured out of him. His guys and the Buffs were blessed beyond measure to have him join the organization; a double portion!
A legend ! Great energy and passion. These are so fortunate to have a phenomenal leader, teacher and motivator to develop them . The science and art of success has deferred and immediate benefits.
Beat interview ive even in my life heard from a coach , sapp is special i remember watching him on the pivot and he was ao informative professional and fun. I cqnt wait to watch to see what that defense does whewww lets gooooo
Warren is mentally sharp in this game. He is the one piece of the Colorado puzzle I look to be successful. I do not expect Colorado to be successful as a whole. Dion is NOT a good coach. I love that Sapp actually answered the media questions. Thank you Sapp!
Met Sapp in Tampa years ago.....he was pretty nasty to me back then.....I pray he does indeed have purpose now and treats everyone with respect......and may God Bless him!
I remember watching Warren in college and the pro’s. I love that coaching is resonating with him since he has so much he can pass on. I can’t wait to see him on the sidelines in an actual game coaching his butt off.
