First thing with survival: Never say you won't make it. Ever. Survival is very much a psychological thing, and first, wasting your brainpower saying you won't make it is taking away from time you can be using to think about how to survive. Second: You're putting yourself in the mindset of "I'm not gonna make it," which is obviously a bad idea. If you ever find yourself in a survival scenario, don't let yourself think about how long you have to survive, think about how you're gonna survive the next hour, or the next ten minutes if you have to. Hope for the best, plan for the worst, and most importantly: never give up.

This seems like a really interesting game. The sanity mechanic is neat, I love when games do that. I tried it on the steam deck and it didnt work well at all. Havent tried it on my pc yet though. Glad you made this video though, makes me really want to try it out properly. I also had no idea its full release was so close, so thank you for that information.
