I actually have this condition called cold urticaria. It’s basically like i am allergic to the cold. If it is below 50-60 degrees and i go outside i will get covered in hives and get really itchy. There is no cure for my condition so i have to live with cold urticaria for the rest of my life. And as long as i am covered all over my body and no part of skin is showing, then i can go outside without getting hives. But if i go outside and it was snowing and i am not wearing layers of clothing then i will get hives. I have also been bullied because of my condition. Some people always ask me why i have pimples all over my face and i just want them to leave me alone. But luckily it is almost summer and i can enjoy the outside where it is hot and humid!!!

I had the same condition called urticaria. (I was also allergic to water) I was only allergic to hot water. For me it was very itchy and occasionally painful. Thankfully I outgrew it,exept for the occasional rash here and there. I am very fortunate as most have this condition for their whole lives.
