Tipping dealers is completely stupid, they don’t tip you when you lose your money. Dealers don’t control the cards, they come out of the shoot how they come out.

The dealer doesn't get that 2k. It's split with all the dealers. It usually goes into a pool and the percentage is based on the number of hours you work. It's usually weekly or biweekly, depending, but I've seen daily.

I would say tip at the end of your session, or if you want to have the dealer play, maybe break $100s up into $5s and bet 5 for a tip and throw 5 on top of your bet. That way if you win the dealer gets a tip and you can keep their tip stack healthy. Then once you lose that 100$ tip stack, just wait until the end of the shoe to tip normal amount if you are up.
casinos must love you, can't imagine winning 3 hands in a row and increasing your bet each time just to lose half your profit in one hand. you're letting the casino chase their loss.
9 to 1 for all of it gives a house edge of 3.24%. The one you’re probably familiar with being Flash 5 to 1 Straight 10 to 1 Three of a kind 20 to 1 Straight flush 30 to 1 That one has a house edge of 13.39%. Over 4 times worse. The 9 to 1 for everything is a lot better.
Tipping is great, it man that money is so much better on your side until the end. You tipped $500 in 3 hands, where if that money was on your stack you have the ammo to tip much more in the end.
I tip the dealer when I’m down extremely well. Or when I leave. I’ve tip throughout the shoe and walked away with nothing and a dealer walked out with at least $250 I tipped. Like bruh I could have used that to make a come back.

They get it all, but it's split with other dealers. It goes into a tip pool and if you work 2% of the total hours for that period, you get 2% of the money in the pool. It works out well usually because sometimes you have bad days and others make up for it.
I would NEVER tip the way u tip them. NEVER! The dealers are adults who have chosen this job where the pay is less. Let the casino take care of them! It’s not my problem. Also, the dealers don’t support me when I lose, so when I win, I walk away shamelessly with 1000s of dollars while giving one green chip as a tip and that too at the end of the session. Yes, I don’t care what they think!
You should have given your friend more money cuz he help you win. He took all the bad cards and also supported you all the way. When he won that 1 hand instead of supporting him back you decided to call him salty. Seems like you got too full of yourself. Thats why when your friend lost all of his money you lost your lucky charm. Next time support your friend or partner when your winning like that.
They don’t “ cool” the table, dealers breaks are scheduled, unless the dealer needs to use the washroom, or is needed somewhere else to deal another game. There is no sinister plot
