All your yarn and notion purchases from Stephen & Penelope look fabulous. I can’t wait to see how your colour popportunity socks look 😍. Have a wonderful weekend xx
Welcome back! I am excited to see your color popportunity socks. I love the colors that you picked. Going to Stephen and Penelope would be awesome, it looks like a beautiful shop. Just going to Europe in general would be great 🙂. Sorry about the bug you caught, but at least you were able to rest. Happy for you that you were able to visit Turkey ❤️ I hope that you guys have an awesome week!
Happy to see you back safe and sound. Looks like an amazing trip. I will never go through Chicago again either, sad how that sort of spoils the trip. Stephen and Penelope also sounds great and the yarn is beautiful! I had lost my sock mojo and decided not to do the MAL so glad to see what it looks like. Managed to pick up a sock WIP and getting slowly along on it. Thanks for the pod. Jane
Oh, I hope you get your sock mojo back, Jane. I always hate when that happens! Chicago in general is just not a good place to fly in or out of, I've found...
It sounds like your husband enjoyed you having fun in Stephen's stop. That is so fun! He's definitely knitting-worthy. I love the yarn and items you picked. I have bought one of those yarn holders before, but will have to get it out and try to use it. I don't travel much, but I could probably use it as a yarn holder. Sounds like you had an amazing trip. Yay! Glad to hear about it. That is terrific that you got to return to your homeland, Turkey. I can understand how emotional that must have been.
Loving the Stephen and Penelope goodies! How much fun that must have been. ! We are talking Amsterdam next year… or Norway. I’m glad you had a great trip. ❤
Your Color Popportunity colors are so fun! I can't wait to see those bright pops. I hope you don't run into the same issue I had, but if you do I had luck by going up to a 2.75mm needle. Those rainbow cakes of yarn are just awesome! It would be wonderful for an all-over color work sweater. Thanks for sharing about your trip. It sounds like the trip of a life-time!
Well, I just ripped the socks out -- not because of the size but because I didn't read the pattern correctly and forgot some decreases. This is why you should never cast on while jet lagged....
