Sending prayers to your family!🙏🏻 I have arthritis and cutting sugar out has helped me tremendously, I know that’s a bit extreme but I’m not into taking meds with side effects so I want to go the natural route first. Prayers for your recovery Look up Dr Steve Gundry. Plant Paradox book. I followed his diet advice to heal my digestive issues and all the other issues cleared up. When I go back to my bad eating (standard american diet😢) I get inflamed and sick again.
Do a water fast. Your body is eating itself with inflammation - thats why you have skin issues and arthritis. If you continue to take steroids and creams (which is what the doctors have given you Id say) IT WILL get worse. You have absolutely nothing to lose by doing a fast - it will reset everything. Start off with 2 days and work from there.
