ahhh my queen, i was rewatching ur old vids and thinking about how unique you are in terms of being my role model. typically, it’s in my nature to find some form of envy to see others traveling and learning languages in the center of where it was found but your energy is so pure and it never makes me doubt that if anyone deserves a good future and life, it’s you. continue shining and inspiring others to do the same xx

I think the second idea is better because it's easier to get around the circle table, the space has a better flow , you dont want to feel trapped cause it's already a studio ! Just an advice from an architecture student!🌸

I think it’s so good that you show how slow your furniture buying is! Furniture should be an investment and fast furniture has become a real issue. Glad to see someone promoting making considered decisions, sourcing second hand even though it is slower ❤

Adulting is quite a roller coaster ride. But I love that you aren’t forcing it! Learning to flow and be open to inspiration is so important. Sometimes, it takes a while to figure out what we really want. And that’s okay! ❤️😊

Thank you for being so transparent🩵 It really helps when social media makes everything look so perfect. But hearing you say these things like decision making and overthinking makes me feel like we’re all just humans and everyone can get overwhelmed.

I think the second sketch you drew would fit nicely with your studio. A tall book shelf is a really good idea, it will help to separate the space. When I moved into my studio (also recently :) back in March) I read that round tables are better if you want to make the most of your space, they also add a nice softer touch. Can't wait to see how it all comes together 😊

I was just in Paris for a few days last August and while a lot of places were closed, it was still very nice and a lovely, closer look at local life. At that point most of the Parisians were coming back from their summer holidays so there were a lot of reunions between friends and family who haven't seen each other for a few weeks. It was fantastic.

Three words: mid century modern-velvet sofa (I think GREEN would be amazing)OR, as you so fabulously chose: BOUCLE BRAVA from B&B Italia-it is so poetic!!!! and will be so lovely in that space!!!!!!!!!! long live mid century modern-architectural armchair-yes, round table cuz room is square but with non-matching chairs all 'round-stack more books instead of a bedside table and get oversized lamp/s-Kartel makes cool ones-lean art against the walls and lean a fabulous big old mirror against the wall at least at the beginning and, somewhere, have an art studio area that you can pop in and out of, near a window-your layout looks great-no heavy desk, something lean and minimal-vibe is clean and retro juxtaposed against the bones of your flat and that fantabulous view outside the window. The French used site you mentioned is really cool-pamono is cool, too. Nice not to buy anything new...just old shit. And remember, buy stuff you love and it all goes together. yay have fun. Weeeeeeeeee! PS Brava on meditation. Is that Headspace (oops, I realise, 'yes')? I like Simple Habit, too. It has so many categories to choose from and I never get bored. I prefer guided to silent...and it gets easier and then...it just takes off. And the present moment gets closer to you, because you are basically learning to get into your body as opposed to your head, which is fabulous. Yes, a few minutes a day is perfect! It makes a difference. It changes your brain....And, I don't think we have negative patterns. The things we do help us...and then as we grow, we move away from the old ways and towards things we choose to manage and dance with life. With global warming, the Dyson-like is a necessity. (Bladeless) and sculptural and so cooling.

ahh i just moved to Paris and your vlogs from here now hit so much different, been rewatching your previous vlogs to gather some inspos on what to see here

Love the plans. Voting for #2 because the sofa is large enough to become a bed for an overnight guest, and the round table adds a feminine curve to all the straight edges, AND is easier to get around in small apartment spaces. No bumping into sharp corners! Also, you can add a storage ottoman/chests or two in front of the sofa. Ottomans have triple action as storage, coffee table top, and extra seating for more guests during a dinner party. Personal pref: I would not place storage shelves above my face/ head while in bed cuz I wouldn't want stuff toppling on my face ever. But you could add shelves on walls above end tables on either side of bed or on the walls opposite bed for books and knick knacks.

MISSED U MOO. Think you made the right choice with round furniture. Your space is a giant square and when you have a sharp lines/boxy layout, you can always soften it w round pieces (carpets, tables, mirrors, etc). It'll make the space feel more open :)

I think, this is just my opinion, that given that your space is limited, you would like to have one of those tables that seem to be a narrow rectangle but they have two wings, one on either side, that are folded and that can be opened whenever you need the table to be bigger. You would have both an island/bar in your studio that can be converted into a dining table. I don't know, but you need to be smart to make the most of your space. Ugh, adulting

Not sure if you have thought of this or someone has mentioned it, but for chairs for the dining table, I might recommend something that is stackable or small space, ie stools (ikea has some cute simple stackable stools. Ie the kyrre stool). That way you can also move them easily, use them in other areas in your space, or push them easily under the table or in a corner to make it easier to move around your space !

If you want the table to be right by the entrance, I would recommend getting a round one or a rectangular one with rounded corners as it will make the room flow a lot better and it won’t seem like a sharp, angular, scary thing you can bump into upon entering the room. But to be fair, I think you can definitely make anything work with the space you have! Good luck on your interior design journey 🫶🏼✨

I think a circular table in your space would fit so nicely! A rectangular table would more likely cut off a large section of fluid space moving through your apartment whereas the circle implies the space is continuous

I would recommend a square or rectangular dining table that’s extendable. I have one in my living room that is a square but expands out to a rectangle if you want to have people over for dinner. It’s from IKEA and is great!

Instead of a table, I got a pre-made kitchen island from ikea called “vadholma” for my small open plan flat in London. It is dual purpose as I can use it as a food prep area, pot storage and a dining area!

Loove how you've been coming up with ideas for the space! So cute! Would really recpmmend the round table and potentially some small stools which you can tuck under the table to save space. You can defos find some cute mid century chrome stools online too. :')
