if the idea is to build an income stream to use as complement for retirement, or at any given point if needed, then building a dividend growth portfolio always buying adding to it could be a good and peaceful path. On the long run consistency and perseverance could guaranty the desired income stream goal with little worries.

I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my inherited portfolio of about $2.5m. I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.

All of them are reasonable picks. But the heart goes to AVMGPT and this vision is definitely something else.

1) Investing across different asset classes ( Real estate, BTC, gold, equity ). 2) Learn about equity investing in early part of career. But focus on building your active income first and not jump into trading. 3) Take a long term POV after hitting 25 lakh portfolio. Understand advantage of making 15% vs 12% ROI. 4) Add alpha(more then 12% ROI yearly) generating assets (Taking higher risks). Not an advice. 5) Have cashflow assets in your portfolio. ( Eg. Renting house ) 6) Learn about debt investing. 7) Think in decades and not in years. 8) Stop doing the obvious. ( Invest in knowledge and don't blindly follow the trend ) 9) Do not make dumb decisions.

Akshat is one of those thousands people who earned money telling people how to earn money. He revealed his zerodha portfolio and i saw his stocks.. and i can say he has no sense of investing.. 40 + stocks he had and without any logic.. RU-vid would be be giving him 98 % of his earning.. thats it.

[2] I for one, almost never have any money left to invest and I always invest completely in all the buying opportunities that get discussed the first day. [3] I do not then have any remaining cash to invest in new buying opportunities that gets discussed the next day. [4] How do you tackle the fear of missing out on good opportunity due to lack of availability of funds at the current instance?

I think that ideal investing horizon for a young 25 yr old who has started earning and investing would be 15-20 or max 25 years, as someone of the same age i would also withdraw funds during different phases of life for different purposes, you seem to overlook that fact. Being Practical would not get those clicks and ear some money over the ads seen

Step 1: Build a RU-vid channel. Step 2: Work hard on it. (You have to really work hard, it is not easy to build something like Akshat did) Step 3: Sell your monthly subscription (I don't see any problem with that) and earn crores from it. Step 4: Invest heavily across asset classes. (This is what you can do too. Put the work in it and you might succeed.)

In hand acccha he aapka. Once you cross 5Cr then paisa paiseko khichta he unless you do some mistake. My portfolio is now 4 cr which is 2 rooms, 1 shop, gold, cash, fds, rds, ppf,pf,nps, car,farmland. This happened bcz of my in hand increase of money, salary and side hustles... not bcz of any risky investment. Bets lena hi nahi life me. Btw I have no credit card and have no loan. And ye mera portfolio he .. family ka nahi gina isme kuch.

Bitcoin is his best performing asset, yet it is only around 1-2% of his total portfolio. Be careful guys when taking risk for higher returns.

Do give an achievable portfolio of 10 cr for the younger generation who do earn less than 1 lakh pm.

I have lost money listening your stock recommendations, i sold PSU defence stocks early listening to your hypothesis and lost 10x gain, and sold your recommended stocks on a loss after you booked loss on those. I have invested like 8.5 lakhs in pure small cap funds nippon quant axis and continuing aiming for 30 cr portfolio in 15 yrs

Im sitting here in the US and i agree with basically all of the fundamentals you mentioned in this video. The only point where i would respectfully deviate is that it is extremely hard to beat the index when we talk in long term ( as you said 'decades'). I respect its your hustle and you need people to buy your course but my advice to anyone reading this is to focus on their core competency and invest in indices. You will make way more money improving your skills by increasing your wage/ salary/ business returns. Than focussing on investing in individual stocks. I started investing in 2018, got burnt with individual stocks now i focus on regularly investing in the broader market ie NASDAQ/ S&P500 and the returns have been promising. Who wouldnt want to get on the Nvdia train when the rally started but its extremely difficult to pick that one stock that will go to the moon. But its easier to tell that AI in general will do well this decade.

n the past there were few Mutual Funds scheme which got closed or didnt worked Many youtubers influecners are making videos on mutual fund scheme but no one is telling us the history of mutual Funds in india like in year 1999-2000 many mutual fund scheme closed and many people money were gone almost to nil we want a video on those mutual funds why the fund got closed and how does this all happen how do we will get to know about when a mutual fund will close their scheme for example- Reliance natural resources Fund Do make a video on this and share some knowledge which others wont thnakyou

If you have 7000 shares of MRF, its 100 crore portfolio,, so identify future MRF which are trading at low prices,, 😊

For young investors, Just identify 10 good large caps and 10 mid caps, keep buying month after month whatever small qty possible and don’t sell anything,, no need to watch everyday video or see price movements,, but spend lot of time in identifying those 15 cos,, and invest bigger in blank swan event,, but unfortunately black swan not happening since long time like Lehman except for short 2 months Covid,,

To build such portfolio we must have good initial capital. Please tell how someone with 1-2 Cr portfolio can reach 30-40 Cr in next 15-20 years.

Dear Akshat Index investing is not just about 12-15 percent. Plz have look on NV20 index. In long term making 20 percent par annum can be achieved by simple index investing. It's not worth buying direct stocks if anyone is underperforming NV20.

Forget 100 Crores. Im trying to manage my 60L equities portfolio in such a way that it will give me 1L each month to meet my expenses. Im not able to do it till now. Akshat, can you disclose how many monthly subscribers you have ? Just a rough calculation, Even if your monthly subscription is being purchased by 10% subscribers, that's almost 2.5-3 crores after taxes, MONTHLY. So, most of the earning is coming via RU-vid and the other consultancy services that you are into. Investing is just a very small part of your portfolio.

What is your opinion in investment in skill development? How much percentage should one invest? Till what age should one keep upskilling? Kindly throw some light on these topics
