Well at least Elizabeth is trying to atone for killing those guards unlike a few missing children we know. Also Chris is begging Micheal to save Cassidy but didn’t she target Micheal to make William suffer and Chris defended her actions of killing innocent guards and attacked micheal.

To be honest … she could prewent everything from breaking down if she paid attention to her family behavior as well now like in the past. She had MANY tips for Mike being abused, Williams unsolved mental health problems („in past” and „present”)… Even Elisabeth got what was happening before Clara yet no one (- Mike) know about Williams childhood and trauma…

I like how character development made all of them swap personalities William is no longer careless, abusive, heartless, he owns up to his mistakes Elizabeth is no longer jealous, owns up for her mistakes, unlike blaming them, like in the past Clara is starting to be abusive and not letting William get a chance (pretty much what William did to Michael in the past) Chris became vengeful, kind of brat and avoids being responsible

I feel like this kind of rift in a family can’t be fixed, so I predict that the Aftons will eventually split up, with Clara and Chris in one home and William, Michael, and Elizabeth in another home.
I sort of hope it happens. It would provide a nice touch of sadness to the story but also cool down the drama for a bit. Plus, clearly they can't live together. They fight 24/7, and Chris even spends most of his time with the missing children.
Sometimes I wish Clara would believe what William said, he doesn’t deserve this. He got his karma and he admitted his mistakes. We all know William would not hurt his children anymore!

Poor William. He had to literally go to Fredrick in order to feel safe. He doesn't feel safe in his own household and that really hurts... If anything, William is more innocent then Clara. William abused Michael and killed 6 children in desperation to save his family (30 years ago mind you). Clara not only killed a bunch of nightguards after losing her mind from the controlled shocks, but she also abused William and triggered his PTSD (in the present day). Chris is the worst out of them cause not only did he kill over 100 nightguards but he isn’t loyal AT ALL to his family. Clara is also forgetting that her kids AREN’T KIDS ANYMORE, they’re full grown adults. Sure they’re not _physically_ grown up (except maybe Mike) but none the less they’re all still over 30 years old. Michael is the only one Afton who hasn’t committed a crime/sin, he’s the only innocent Afton. Elizabeth is probably the one who grew up the most. She went from a brat and “The Devil Of Karma” to a comforting daughter and sister who stays loyal to her family. She isn’t afraid of telling people off which makes her great. I should be a lawyer :3
