Superb interior settings...👌😍..As I am not a RU-vid guy, I love my three messy worktables and hand reachable tools on 5 wall mounted magnetic knife bars...
Welcome back bro! New set up looks great! Yea I wasn’t into the shorts idea either but they are fun to make when throwing humour in. Loved yours! Seeing your vids is making me consider starting a new account for edc on RU-vid or another platform to share what I’ve done for Instagram so far.
Thanks, Derek! I think people in the flats are dealing with a ton of damage/loss still. Thankfully we were just outside of the flood zone, but it seems to be bouncing back!
Mr pro. Production value has gone way up! Turning into what Pete never did, the Canadian Leatherworking Powerhouse Pirate.... and I'm gonna shut up now
It is really good to have you back. The set and sound are terrific. One suggestion? Move the Charley Brown Artwork away from behind your head. Just leave the gray background. The white of the artwork and your dark hair create some kind of tension point in the video. Not sure if that is a real thing. Maybe only applies to artwork? Just saying. Can you do a video on the Arbor Press. I bought one years ago and cannot figure out what to do with it. I was going to use it for all of my snap and rivet pressing. Just change the tools in the ram. Not quite there yet.
Thanks for the input, Bruce! I've moved the artwork per your suggestion (although it'll be being my head in the next video since I've already filmed it). I'm definitely planning on doing an arbor press video! I'll move that up my list!
@@BlackFlagLeatherGoods Thanks Tim. I think moving the white cartoon will be less distracting. Thanks for considering the Arbor press video. Ultimately, I would love to use it for snaps, double cap rivets and stamping my logo. There is a hole in my ram already but it is an odd size. I have to enlarge it. It already has a set screw. I just need to make some collars to fit around my inexpensive setting tools.
Hmmm I haven't boared a hole in mine but I've still been having success with rivets and such. Is yours a 2 ton? I've seen some people using a magnet to hold their river and snap tools onto the ram, but you need a lot of space to do that. The 1 ton is quite a bit shorter.
@@BlackFlagLeatherGoods I should have purchased a two ton press. I think mine is only a one ton press. I really want to replace the lever with something longer. But mine came with a hole in the ram. An odd size. Slightly less than 9.5mm. Need a 10 mm holde. It does have a small set screw. I was going to cut down an inexpensive set of snap setters, add a collar to each and use those in the press. A disc magnet inside the hole might hold a single tool from coming out. I want to avoid any wobble when pressing.
