I made this video to commemorate Star Trek: Voyager. In my humble opinion, it was one of the best demonstrations of family we have seen on any Star Trek series. I dedicate it to the cast and crew of the show. Thanks for seven great years, and welcome home!
~This video was a winner of the 2008 music video competition at the Official Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas and was used to collectively introduce Tim Russ, Garret Wang, Robert Picardo, Kate Mulgrew and Robert Duncan McNiell!~

You really created a touching video! I agree with you... The Voyager series is so special because of the unique unity and family dynamic of the crew. It is my fav Television series of all time! You rock for putting this vid together and winning! P.s... thanks for the sweet compliment on my Robert Picardo vid... that was the moment of a lifetime :)

Your win and the honor of having this video introduce so many great people was well deserved. This is beyond incredible and really does showcase the dynamic you spoke of. I've always wanted to enter a video myself but 1] have no idea how to go about it and 2] don't know how I'd feel about having one entered and not being there.

Actually they did! They all spoke about it briefly and looked for me in the audience. I had the opportunity to speak with Kate Mulgrew afterwards and she said she really liked it too =)

Hey thanks so much! It was amazing! I got to give a little speech on stage at the convention and everything, totally a blast. Everyone at these conventions are so nice too; I made a lot of new friends!

Hey, that was my problem too! I saved up all year for tickets, and I taught myself how to use windows movie maker. It was a bit frustrating, but it isn't too complex. It cost me most of my spring break, but I live in Canada so it was cold outside anyways lol

That was really the best part about working on it! As cliche as it sounds I really tried get into Janeway's mind, outside of being captain of a starship. From there my goal was to make the video hers, as if she made it to commemorate her own return. In my opinion, that was a major part of what Voyager was about. It was my definitely my favorite part of the creative process!!

Maybe you can tell me why people seem to be tearing in to and dissecting all my comments lately? Especially since not one of them has been negative. And that comment of mine up there said absolutely nothing about the series ending so I don't see why you even bothered replying to it.

coz i hit the nearest button which was reply ;0 btw beltran should be edited out of voyager videos as apparently he hates it, doesn't seem to stop him milking the con cash cow periodically though
