If you currently have 120K follows and you follow 200 accounts a day, it will take about 4,400 days to get to a million. That's a bit over 12 years. Ideally, you'd follow at least 1,000 a day and that would still make it about 2 and a half years to get to a million.

As a smaller artist, I have been doing this myself for a while. About 50 follows a day. But before Elon bought Twitter, I was being throttled by Twitter to not follow no more than 3-5 a day. No I am not kidding. They throttled me for many years. Because they didn’t like my political commentary. Immediately when he bought it, I was all of the sudden able to follow 50 without having my account locked for 24-48 hours. I am working towards 3K follows and followers right now. When before his purchase, I couldn’t surpass 1K for years of either one. Twitter has been opened up finally. 🤷‍♂️ I have never met you. But met Tech and Travis early 2000’s through a mutual friend in Salt Lake City. Next time you are out here, I will try to hit up your show. 💯💯💯

It would take you 12.2 years to get to a million followers! If you're doing 200 a day, that's $1,400 a week, times 52 weeks, is 72,800 a year. Then 1 million - 112,000 followers you already have equals 888,000 You would need to get. Divide that by 72,800 a year, and it'll take you 12.2 years. Pretty soon you can enlist your children to help do it, so hopefully it won't take that long! And I did appreciate the follow. It did make my day!

I don't know if you'll see this but I saw Mayday in philly at the electric lounge.
