He opened his heart We lived and learned We became sonic heroes We lived in his world He had seven rings in hand We saw endless possibilities He became the knight of the wind We reached for the stars We wandered through the wonder world Together we had one more last fist bump Now he’s back, he’s here, again. 0:30
My jaw dropped when I heard this in-game for the first time. I'm so glad I waited until I got to this fight to hear it. It's a great reward after the lots of grinding you did on the map before this.
The original version of the song was cool and all, but holy shoot they even made it so much better than its predecessor, by making it in a style of the Titan Boss Fight like the other three fights earlier in the game, along with some elements from the original version. They made it so awesome, and I'm there for it!
Honestly, I’d say it did have to go this hard. Supreme's fight was genuinely underwhelming, and the theme wasn’t as good as the other Titan battle themes. Finally, Supreme has a good boss battle, his battle has good music, and the game as a whole has an ending that makes sense now.
@@lucasmartinez5703 Good point, but the least I expected was a banger remix of the main theme. With Kellin, even. Nothing like this has happened in YEARS for a mainline Sonic game
Is it insane that i felt like tearing up at 3:15? That crescendo in the orchestra was already incredible in the base version. But this version is SO much more powerful 🤯😭
“I’m Here” Lyrics: Follow me I'm standing on the border of everything Listen close Can you hear the spirits sing Lost messages of long ago? (GO! GO!) Leave the life you knew before See a new world worth fighting for Find the truth of who I'm meant to become Another path I must now walk on I'm here Reaching far across these new frontiers With my life I fight this fear In my hands I hold the ones I love Walk forward through the cold dawn Always to new horizons Come with me We'll travel through the trials and tragedy Blessed and bleak Can you hear the spirits shout The secrets in their melodies? (The melodies?) Dream Explore the mysteries Breathe A new life is revealed to me Once again we'll start our story anew Don't be afraid I will be with you I'm here Reaching far across these new frontiers With my life I fight this fear In my hands I hold the ones I love Walk forward through the cold dawn Always to new horizons Standing here The way ahead's becoming clear All across these new frontiers In my hands I hold the ones I love Walk forward through the cold dawn Always to new horizons
Original: phase 1: Orchestra: phase 2 This: phase 3. Perfection Finishing the final horizon and by proxy 100%ing frontiers fucking HURT. Frontiers has a lot wrong that shouldnt be overlooked but god dayum the goods outweigh the bads. As super sonic cyber blasted through THE END, and the team took off from the starfall islands for the final time, I couldnt help but snap to a salute
@@fiblz5443I think games like this that are super big should just avoid the switch entirely, it just holds the games back because they have to contend with the specs of the switch being subpar compared to even the xbox 360 and ps3
This is perfect. I could gush more about it, but there's no point, you all know how good it is. Kellin Quinn is a perfect fit, the instrumental is even better than in the original... They had an opportunity to improve on greatness, and they took it. The fight itself could've been less cryptic, but overall I enjoyed it! I think its best moments deserve this track in the background, it's a good match. Super sonic 2 is just the coolest form the hedgehog has received yet, there are several brutal (therefore delicious) ways to greviously harm supreme, the final QTE is already iconic... There's a lot of good in here, I'd say sonic frontiers has a final boss to be proud of now. Is it perfect? No, but neither is the game itself. Going all-out despite the jank feels rather appropriate, doesn't it?
Don't forget to sever The End's cord, otherwise it will keep healing. Using the Cyloop is effective, but you need to perfect parry a laser after you do it, otherwise you lose your chance to deal increased damage. Doing a second Cyloop will let you do more damage, but you need to parry another attack. When you get the prompt to Grand Slam, only do it if the cord is severed, otherwise you're wasting time.
hell no, i don't think Johnny's vocals can go THAT high, also they kinda ruin the original songs (Seven Rings In Hand, With Me, All Hail Shadow, Un-Gravitify...)
Even a whole 8 months later, I can still remember how hype it was to hear this. I was half asleep from playing the update during the night, so I WOKE UP when this played.
Music like this lets you know it’s the end. You’ve cleared everything in your way, only one last obstacle, one last _dangerous_ threat remains. It’s you or them. No backing down. No holding back. It’s the true final battle.
Y'know, there's a certain individual who'd say this is copying Metal Gear Rising Revengence. I can't exactly remember their name, but it was certainly a laugh to have...
Considering sonic adventure came out in 1998 and was first in. Series to have a vocal theme for its final battle I daresay DMC and mgr werencopying sonic lol😊
@@sonicdml4175 I mean in terms of his head design and the fact that he floats using purple energy. His head actually *does* look similar to Monsoon's red bulb-shaped helmet. The two are obviously not similar other than those two factors, and I was mostly following through with OP's joke. The original Supreme fight is much different from and far worse than Monsoon's battle in Metal Gear Rising. The DLC's Supreme fight is quite good, though.
First time i heard this, i thought it was p mid and i preferred the original. Then for some reason i decided to listen to this again. And i do not regret it, this is literally so peak. I slept on it frfr.
This version of I'm here is so much more superior to the original rendition, making it more orientated around rock was a good call since it fits Frontiers to a T
No one probably cares but I was going through my downloaded splice samples last night and I just happened to find the exact sample used at the beginning of this song, which I thought was pretty cool.
For me I'm here always and I mean always felt out of place in the game and was the worst out of all of them, then this version, this version, had to be my favorite one now but it's beating break though it all by a little
