Finally managed to get all 4 (and yeah I'm aware about the Knight, didn't know about Find Your Flame only having one guitar solo) of the bosses in sync. Wish that the 2nd chorus didn't randomly cut to the solo at 4:41, so hopefully this is the way it should be. They def did not have the time to implement them into the game. Sadly the end of the game was rushed. If they didn't only have 60 people working on this game not only would've been made faster but also more polished

From a lore standpoint, The End was probably holding Supreme back just so Super Sonic could defeat it and thus let it escape. Supreme isn’t the most powerful weapon of the Ancients for nothing
That’s exactly what I thought, because I barely had to parry against this boss to progress through the two phases. With Wyvern and Knight, parrying is the key to defeating those two, with this boss, not really, you just keep pressing the attack button.
@@melantharosewood there's a guy who recently discovered some supreme data on the game, and supreme was supposed to have all giganto's QTE and even some unique ones for him, all that go unused He also has an alternative counter animation where he is putting out his gun from his back, which means that maybe he was supposed to use his gun out of his QTE as well As for normal attacks, this modder said HALF of his entire move list is unused, and that he was going to try to mod these back into the fight
something i noticed about Supreme is that it seems to be a combination of all 3 of the previous titans. it takes the majority of its design from Giganto, obviously, but the cool purple wings resemble the red streaks from Wyvern (if that's too much of a stretch for you, Supreme is also the only other titan that flies in its boss fight,) and it wields a weapon, just like Knight.
I can't lie, I've thought about stuff like this so many times, having fighting a boss and finishing as the music finishes them off, almost like in some anime or cartoons when they fight, the fact that you did this is truly epic and amazing, not just in attempting it, but also getting to your goal, true respect to you great warrior!

I just noticed the animation at 4:57 is clearly unfinished- Supreme fires a "golden bullet" but we don't see Sonic, and then Sonic does... something in a QTE flying back towards him- meaning there was both a scrapped QTE where Supreme jams Sonic into his rifle to fire it, as well as a scrapped recovery animation where Sonic slows down his momentum after being shot out, and then starts his "coming back for your ass" QTE that IS in the game at 5:06
Congrats on perfectly syncing all of the Titan fights (even though there is that tiny nitpicks that your fans have pointed for the Knight fight). Regardless, amazing job at these. It was great to relieve the best moments of this entire Frontiers experience.
I really don't expect a full rework for this boss (especially because a statement from the director saying "I'll try my best to make something you'll probably all like" made in response to a laundry list of demands does not mean they're going to completely trash what they already made and rework the whole endgame from there and I wish people wouldn't get their hopes up like that) but I really do hope that they get to finish at least a few aspects of it. It's clear there was gonna be at least a bit more to it than this, maybe some more action scenes here and there, the wings must have been present during gameplay, etc. I think the biggest thing I'd want changed is just better communication on what the player is supposed to do and a more clear flow to the fight like the others.
One year later and im still waiting for the last part. I hope he makes a video doing a perfect sync on the new supreme dlc bossfight... Edit: also wanted to say this series is peak.
in my head i would imagine though all of these fights seem cool and epic to us but to the person who has been grinding for HOURS to make these videos and to get the perfect sync,these bosses and music should be traumatizing to them as it reminds them of the suffering they went through so thank you very much for making these videos possible!
Just wonder if someone can do a perfect sync on THE END (the DLC boss aka the true THE END fusing with SUPREME, not the one with the Ikaruga shooting style)
With the final horizon update. That fused version. I like to think it’s a combination of both there name. Becoming supreme end. Giving the intent on the name that you cannot escape your end
Im not sure if the first one was a perfect sync but it was good enough so… But these are really impressive I wouldn’t have the patience to do any of these so I can’t really complain
I'm just realizing how the music is timed in all the boss fights. I remember one time when I forgot to upgrade Sonic and ended up doing Wyvern's boss fight like that. I even did that with Knight one time. it was hilarious that I did it because I forgot to upgrade Sonic though!
Awesome job. Also i think on my first palythrough of Supreme i actually got a perfect sync moment myself atleast if i recall (it was like the day after frontiers came out so i might misremember stuff due to hype and it being some time). I swear i got Supreme to fire his gun right when the lyrics screamed "I am Here" god that was fucking hype as hell for me.
Hoping for three things on the future final boss update: 1) The Sonic Orchestra version of I'm here integrated into the final boss theme's final phase. 2) Tails, Knuckles and Amy helping deliver the final blow on the final boss. 3) Sonic going "Consider this is your final frontier!" for the meme.
You know I think the reason supreme was a supreme dissapointment is you don't get any sort of cool finisher. He just sorta gets bored and gives up for the story purpose of giving you a titan to use against it. Also I have no idea how you managed to sync this boss. I managed to make the horrible horrible mistake of maxing my stats right before finishing the game and he goes down in like 30 seconds. I didn't realize he had ANY of those attacks.
I think another reason why the Supreme fight kind of fell flat was that it lacked another hype and energetic theme song. I mean, when I first fought Supreme I actually restarted the fight a couple times because I initially thought the game was bugged and was playing the overworld theme instead of the actual boss music. “I’m Here” as a whole isn’t bad (though it certainly isn’t as amazing as the other three titan themes), it just doesn’t fit as a final boss fight after experiencing the other titan fights. And also yeah, another major factor was how ridiculously easy it was.
It looked way bigger in the cutscene with all the other titans when sonic destroyed that last tower in rhea island but in the fight, it was giganto size
