The owner of Cerro Gordo, who is really responsible for saving it, was Jody Stewart, not "Sandy Patterson." She hired Mike Patterson to help maintain the townsite and they eventually were married.

@@spdfreakls1 Hopefully you never have to deal with any fires on your property then have some numbskull on the Internet insinuate you started it intentionally. Oh and the new hotel is inauthentic? He's followed the original blueprints but he's in commifornia so there's all sorts of building codes in 2024 that weren't there in the late 1800's lol. I believe the only thing you might be referring to as "inauthentic" is the basement or perhaps building materials? Some might say putting electricity in the buildings you did made them "inauthentic". Get a life dude.
