So nice to see someone posting about their fitness journey without sugar coating the whole thing. I've seen so many other youtubers only posting their end result of the working out without even breaking a sweat. It's great that oli is documenting his whole fitness journey showing viewers that it's not always going to be easy but is definitely worth it to be healthy and feel good about yourself

i haven't been in the gym for about 5 months now and watching you working out and feeling good about yourself makes me miss those days! i shall get back soon.

at 7:00 you were talking about your little tree. i have a similar one. I found, that when the leaves fall off its a sign that you need to fertilize the soil a bit ( you can get it anywhere. i get mine at the dollar store lol. ). Finger dabs to check the soil for water, and the colour of green that the leaves are is it telling you how much sun its getting. Dark leaves want more sun and super light leaves are to much sun (or baby leaves) . I dont know how true any of that is, but ive had my plant for almmosstt 2 and a half years .. give or take.. and its happy and huge.. small huge lol. any way. take it or leave it, but thats my 2 cents.
