A bit of advice I am almost 40 been on bikes since I was 7 years old started on dirt and moved to street asap. Top 2 tips from a experienced rider. #1 ride your own ride Do not try to keep up with no one until you are confident in your abilities to handle your bike at the speeds.. #2 hang on to that 400 Lear to ride the same way you want to ride a s1k or h2. I can take a r3 or a r7 or a ninja 400 and beat guys on 600s and 1000s in the curves but they close the gap on the straights. That's good advice my guy ask any seasoned rider they will tell you the same.
i’m 14 and i really really wanna ride when i’m older SO bad it’s crazy. anyways i found ya on my recommended and i think i’m gonna watch you more often!!
once you get old enough just grind your job. you got this bro. took me roughly a year to get my first bike the Kawasaki Ninja 250R in 2015. it was pretty good for me when I first started. been riding for 9 years now.
Dude, how? I can't-.. Imagine having to go all that road just to get to school, and back, 5 days a week. Bro, the fuel.😭 In any case, I love motorcycles and I love seeing original content from youtubers like you. I simply just like seeing people riding motorcycles with no editing, just good and original. ❤
@@DrakeAWilson bruh has to get to school nimrod bikes the cheapest gas also thats the dumbest thing ive ever heard one could litterally spend all their free money on the bike if they want who are you to tell them.
I’m glad to have found your channel, young bro. You seem like a sensible rider. Keep that level head on you. I can see a great life of riding ahead of you. ✌️
Accurately assessing your abilities is something that's gonna keep you alive and riding a long time. That's a rarity in guys your age. I heard you ask for advice on lane positioning somewhere in the middle of the video. I tend to ride the dashed line when I'm in traffic on a four lane like that regardless of what lane I'm in, because that means that basically everyone can see you. But really, the best positioning is the one that allows you to see furthest ahead and maintain a good escape path for if shit gets weird. You're doing great, though!
Personally, as a person who just wants a bike IN GENERAL, I want to get either a Ninja 300 or Ninja 400 to start off with. I'm still looking at other bikes, how to take care of it, how to ride it, ect... and you can lane split in : California, Hawaii, Arizona, Montana, Missouri, Texas, Colorado, Delaware, Ohio, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Washington, Mississippi, and Illinois. you're welcome 👍
Are you gonna recommend an R6 to somebody or are you kidding? Unless you weigh like 200 and something pounds there’s no need for a beginner. You’re not gonna like the 300. Just get the 400 and learn to ride you don’t need an almost 500 pound motorcycle. Trust me.
Dawg it's so cold for it being May it's wild. 😭 I rarely see bikers here in the Beehive state so seeing that there is at least one other motorcycle enjoyer out here brings me some peace of mind when I eventually get a bike.
Wish I was old enough to have a street legal bike it’s my dream as soon as I am old enough to get a job I’m saving for a bike you inspire me to ride dirt bike and street bikes love your stuff bro keep it up
My advice is to stop worrying about the H2 and start worrying about learning to ride safely on the street and paying more attention. There's only one reason a truck will move to the fast lane, and that is to overtake something that is going very slowly and is usually very big, changing lane to overtake from the right led to a most predictable outcome. Also always look ahead, not look at the car in front of you. If something exists that forces the cars in front to slow down you should see it before they do and start gradually slowing down before they slam the brakes, be proactive, not reactive. Vlogging is hurting your attention, need to absolutely pay attention to the road, especially at this age and with this lack of experience. You have your whole life ahead of you, I hope it is a long and prosperous one. Over there at the States they give 17 year olds sport bikes to ride, even without ABS to save a few pennies which is hard to believe, your house your rules, but it costs lives, please do not become a statistic. I do enjoy ride videos.
Being 20 years old I bought myself a ZX4R 2 months ago for my first bike. Damn...I'm happy I got this bike and couldn't be any more satisfied. The ninja 400s are amazing bikes but my stupid a$$ paid for a expensive bike with a 400cc inline 4 engine that sounds amazing stock. Watching this video made me wish I could ride when I was in high school. For those reading this, it's possible to get your first bike, just grind and you will get your bike before you know it, I know it will because it literally happened to me
Honestly nice to watch someone just ride. Little to no editing as well. Also noticed you just started RU-vid. I wish you luck man and congrats on 1K! Side note and this might sound stupid but would you want a Discord server? I could make one for you.
i cant wait to get a bike i just been watching tons of videos and its not helping making me want one even more love the video tho man i subbed and liked lookin forward to watching more of your videos
W video man keep it up, somehow i watched the entire 20 min video when i usually get bored after like 4 mins, it felt like a 5 minute video lol, anyways gl in school cya
hey man, i don’t ride but i just wanted to say make sure to stay extra safe if you’re gonna be wrapping your whole bike black, can be a bit dangerous at night if cars can’t see you! stay safe 👍🏻❤️
im 14 rn, but my dad has been riding since i was like.. 5 or 6? Hes most definitely my biggest influence, and hes also a honda guy.. so not even just bcs of him but i REAALLLLLYYYY really badly want a cbr 400 😭😭🙏 its funny bcs ive always been backpacking him since he got me my first helmet as a surprise, it had Harley Quinn all over it. my mom HATED that i loved riding with him and still does but its most definitely one of my favorite things :)
I remember turning 16 (2012) and getting a job and saving all my cash for the my 2013 ZX6R my dream bike is still a Ducati I love the redesign with the Panigale v4s
Dude, I live in the same part of Utah as you my older brother went to your school and my best friend goes to your school and the funny part is is that I knew exactly where you were in Utah based off of a bridge
grew up on dirtbikes and an actual mc just seems like so much fun, id like a gsx-r 750 when the time comes to get a nicer bike, but thats a time thats gonna have to wait for now.
im 15 and im planning on saving up for a Yamaha R3 as a starter but my dream bike is a S1000RR and my brother got his first bike which is the Ninja 400, same as you
i got the exact same bike😂21 ninja 400 in the same colors but with a different leo vince exhaust. i absolutely love the bike i think it’s great even on freeways
I’m 17 too and I want to start riding so bad, but its just not gonna happen with the circumstances right now maybe when i’m 19-22, Idk if you have already but i’d like to hear about how you bought your bike or what you did, the steps you had to do to even begin riding, money wise things, stuff like that, you could talk about it while riding just like in this video
I'm 16 and started my license. Due to the fact I live in Germany I'm stuck on a 125ccm for at least two years. No matter though, because I'm excited to actually learn how to ride and just have fun getting into riding. Also my dream bike is the R1
My dream bike is a 2022 BMW SS1000RR, or a Yamaha R1! The R1 excelerates pretty fast and the SS1000RR has such a nice engine and build for excelerating.
I'm 28, but I'm only riding a 125cc Brixton Cromwell, but I'm planning on getting my real Motorcycle license when I turn 30 in 2 years... and then I may buy a Triumph Speed 400 or a Honda CB500F
Hey man since you asked where we sit on the lane, personally I recommend sitting on the lane where drivers would be sitting in their seat, slightly left from the middle. If you sit far right on the lane it could be hard for traffic from the right to see you, especially if you're approaching a T lane where the right turn has a visual obstruction.
17yr here going into my senior year, my parents said the only way I can get a bike is if I have a car and I don't wanna wait 5 months till I'm 18 to do it anyways so I guess I'm spending the money to get both, been car shopping cuz I already know I want a ninja 400, just need something under 7k
Id love to get a Ninja ZX10, and honestly I'd say the reason most of your subs are above 18 is because we put the age higher so we dont get age restricted
I’ve been wanting a motorcycle so BADLY 😭 I’m 15 and getting my permit in 2 months but my parents (more so my mom) doesn’t want me getting one. Also your jjk keychain aahhjhshjs ♥️
Ive had 2 harleys and just my first sport bike a cbr 600 at 24 years old and its the so much better than harleys. I also put a m4 slip on no baffle and it sounds awesome.
yea that’s a big problem for me as well, but i just take my glasses off when I ride because I can see fine without them but yea foggy glasses are the worse
im currently 16 and my dream has always been to get a motorcycle and just enjoy riding im starting a cashier job soon and i plan on saving up all my money my mom and dad are gonna help me with my insurance and half for the ninja 400 but i need to get my drivers license first but this video is a inspiration if that makes any since.
Giving u some bortherly advice. Maintain ur distance from trucks. Since their so big u cant c whats happening in front of them. So if they fully break, it will b a surpsrise. To give urself time to react, keep a safe distance from em. I remember an old classmate with multiple stories of crasging into trucks.
Dream bike is an YZF R1 2017+, would want new but apparently they're stopping manufacturing after 2025 models. Dunno if I'd have the finances before then
Yo man lowkey with the leovince you should remove the baffle it will sound 10 times better and wont make it sound like its kinda farting when idle it still sounds very good man! is it a slip on or full exhaust?
Please ride in a different lane position so you have better line of sight and an escape path. DanDanTheFireman has really good videos about positioning for safety on a motorcycle. Ride safe. Thanks for the content
