Welcome to Village Life in India. Today I am driving around in Ash’s Cousins Auto Rickshaw in India. I am learning how to do traditional pot making with Clay and visiting an Indian potter in the village. This is the first time I’m making clay pots by hand. Pretty good for a first attempt on the wheel ☺ It is a heck of a lot harder than it looks to get even the basics down. I can do a little, my wife is the real potter though. She prefers hand building to the wheel though. It gives her more freedom to make more abstract shapes and figures.
