There are times when I am in the lead my cue freezes up and I run out of time. Eventually I lose the game. This happened quite a number of times,however only when I am leading. Is this a hack and if it is ,how do I overcome this issue
I love this game as I am a fan of billiards and been playing the real game since high school. I lost interest playing this game because there are too many cheaters in the game and the maker of the game is doing nothing.

I always thought they have cheated w this game. I'll have a straightforward angle shot, where the cue should absolutely not be potted. I won't put any spin on the ball but it magically does some weird back/left spin into the pocket. I contacted Mini games and they didn't believe it Asked me for screenshots. Ridiculous
I use to really enjoy this game but because of the cheaters it's no fun anymore. It's a shame that people can't learn their game status without cheating. People like that are assholes and ruin it for everyone. I'm deleting my app.
Same with me, got to level 877 since I played this game for fun since I was basically a kid back then I played this on the year the game was released, nowadays I play it from time to time and cheaters have been littering the game, I played berlin 10x in a row and I played against 9 cheaters and I'm not even sure if the other person was cheating or not.
I just potted my last stripe ball, tried to aim at the black and my opponent potted the last three solids, then the black, I won't bother emailing tech support because I know they aren't interested one bit
This game runs my patience dry everytime i try to go to high tables like soul-bangkok n lose it all to getting no breaks or high quality ass legendary cues not givin me no gawdam good breaks n keep scratching me balls n shit.💯 So many times this shit happens n make me wanna break my phone n shit. Looking like i'm over here playing against bugs everytime i go high n can't get no breaks.💯
