I don't know how to express hiw grateful I am to you for all your videos. A while back I bought a charger rt and spun a bearing. All with absolutely zero mechanical experience. As everyone has already said, your content has been great and your ability to teach clearly and humbly is much appreciated. I don't even have a hemi (2 jeeps and durango all with the 3.6) but, like you, I love engines and working on things in general and you come across a genuine dude. I've always loved music and I picked up the guitar about 4 years ago at 39. It's a slow grind, at least for me, but I started taking lessons a little over a year ago and it has made a big difference in my knowledge of music theory and how things fit together. Take note of your small accomplishments along the way and stick with it. It's rewarding when you make it over a hurdle. And if you need another hobby, Strats make a great place to start building your own guitars with all the aftermarket bodies, necks, and parts out there! My kids will be out the door a couple of years after yours; enjoy those last years and pack in some fun! Best wishes.

Man, you helped me through rebuilding my hemi in my challenger just 3 weeks ago, i used a melling hv pump, and swapped the cam out over a weekend after it started ticking, you saved me a ton of time and money.

Thank you very much for the content you have created for us. Although I'm sad to see you go, I'm glad you were here. Your challenger build helped me cam my challenger. Your 300 engine rebuild series helped me rebuild my truck motor. And all of it gave me confidence to tackle a stroker build/ swap. I just finished it up and I'm tuning it myself. Man I appreciate you! , I went to a local school when I discovered your channel and your inspiration allowed me to go as far as to prove so many people wrong about the hemi platform especially the early gen III I even went as far to use my 03 ram 1500 as a test bed to see how well the eagle heads with stock gaskets would work and man she's a trooper , can feel the jump in power the heads do compared to my 300c. thanks to you I've managed to save over 5 hemi in the las Vegas area that are really strong and rebuilt them all from the crank My 07 300c ,03 Ram 1500 , 06 charger r/t , and next up my most long waited car my 05 magnum r/t , as well as going as far to do big swaps like a 15 srt 6.4 into a 05 300c I made a new page called west coast hemis to show the work I'm doing and hopefully build a shop out here soon enough Thank you so much and I am the Mopar guy of the west coast area! :]

I was scared on diving into a used hemi to build for my Jeep because so many people make them seem so complicated but you helped me see they're fairly simple. So thank you. I've learned more about the 5.7 in my grand cherokee from you than I have from any other source. I suffered from the Hemi lifter failure a few years back and was able to fix it and rebuild the top end of the motor in my garage thanks to your videos. That Jeep is still running well over 40k miles later!

This is gonna be kinda long, but I do hope you read it to the end. I hate, WE hate to see you go. You've helped a lot of us out with our hemi's (me for one). When my Ram, who I call Silver, broke a valve spring, I was all over the place trying to diagnose what the issue was. "Thanks to RU-vid."If yours is doing this or has this code, this is what it is. Replace this, and you'll be good to go." and code scanners. I dumped a LOT of money into my engine because of the two. I can't afford the dealership, gold, arm, and leg collectors, and I don't or didnt have a lot of the special tools to fix it. But your video of the 300 that you sold that broke the valve spring took me directly to what was wrong with mine. When you started that engine and I heard the way it ran and sounded, I knew where my problem was and sure as day turns to night....that was my issue, broken intake valve spring on number 5 cylinder. With my truck having over 108K when it went down, I went proactive since I had it apart, i.e., timing chain and gear set, new valve guide seals, water pump, thermostat, hoses and even the hellcat oil pump upgrade. Silver is running as it should...like a hemi. As far as your decision to step away from RU-vid, I personally respect that decision. Family time is everything, and as you said, that time that you missed will never be made up for. I was with a band of 5 years, and I drove a tractor trailer during the week. Because of the two, I missed A LOT of my kids growing up, which I do regret. I still drive truck, and I was a volunteer firefighter as well for 11 years, I stepped away from that in 2021, I didn't have time for it all, and unfortunately, my family came last....no more Family is everything. All the rest has to have its place.... and not before family. Spend that time with family and enjoy every minute of it. Happy Anniversary to you and your Mrs. We will be celebrating our 19th this July. Thank you so much for all that you've done on here. Now git., mama and the kids are waiting ...😄😄

I am also a high level tech for Mopar. I chatted with you before about getting an instructor position with chrysler. I've always wondered how you had time to work the stupid hours of a dealership and do youtube and have family time. I guess I got my answer. You didn't actually have all that time😂. My attitude at work will always be my car runs fine and waiters gonna wait. Family has to come first.

It was the typical cam/lifter issue as I surmised from spending the weekend researching on RU-vid. Thanks to you and your channel, I was able to do the work myself. 2 years ago, I bought a Charger that needed a camshaft replacement! I came across you changing out your Challenger cam. That video was really big help, no one has a video as informative as you doing that cam swap! I just got a Dodge Ram that needs a cam replacement, and looking at all the truck videos, even they don’t compare to your Challenger videos! I wish you had done a truck also! 😊 Thanks for your efforts!
