i appreciate that you give people the benefit of the doubt or use logic when it's easy to just say people bought accounts, etc. your thorough explanations and level-headedness make you my favorite league player, i don't play often but it's always nice watching you play
this was an issue i ran into-- I've only been playing since December, so I'm pretty fkn mid. I play with high lvl accs, tho, so I never get matched with people of my knowledge lvl and it leaves me at a disadvantage. I have like,, mastery 3 or 4 on Ahri and I get matched against a lot of "no-life" players. My brother's bf actually got pissed at me once until my brother shoved the replay down his throat lmao
Catch up exp really kicks up a notch once you fall 2 levels behind the average level of every player in game. That’s why first gained like 3 levels in a very short amount of time
I gotta disagree that trist isnt responsible for falling so far behind. she went in on you when she was lvl 2 and you were 3, obviously your slight health disadvandage isnt more important than a level and an extra skill. then when she returned, instead of pushing the entire wave into your tower before you even arrived back mid, she just left and went to join the river skirmish losing her 2 or 3 waves. those were her decisions, you didnt deny her that she just didnt push it in the first time
High elo is very different. They adopt a more team oriented play style where if behind, they try to make plays around the map to not only get their team ahead but themselves back into an even or ahead position. Once sylas has a single level lead, Tristana can’t lane against him. High elo is a different beast
@@TheLayZTaco calling master elo high elo is a different type of delusion. I can tell you've only peaked plat in your account if you genuinely think masters is high elo 💀💀
@@TheLayZTaco Also no you're wrong. No people in high elo (high masters above) would sacrifice their own lane for a 50/50 river skirmish at level 3. Especially not if the wave is in that state. You have no idea what you're talking about lil bro. This why you never getting out of plat if you keep slurping off masters by thinking they're high elo
@@toragic3432 not sure where you got off thinking they were masters tier for one, granted I haven’t finished the video and based off your replies can guarantee you’ve never touched masters 2. You can stop projecting your “peak plat” tier onto me it makes you look like a classic fool, 3. It wasn’t a 50/50 LOL 4 vs 3 is not 50/50 They should have realistically gotten at least 2 kills instead of 1 and I didn’t get to see the whole fight so not sure where they messed up, but if they got 2 then it’s definitely worth considering: she got her wave, knew she can’t lane against sylas when not under tower when he has 2 kills and 2 levels of exp over her. She can’t slow push in her wave because she can just get all-in by Pekin at this point. Her best option is that fight to try for 2+ kills to either put her bot lane super ahead or her back even in mid lane. It’s so tiring trying to explain the game to stupid people who would rather project their own misfortunes and ignorance on others than be humble and learn “lil bro”. Classic league low elo hothead trying to inflate yourself.
Think those early waves also had some bad luck on minion focus. Looked like a lot of low hp minions for awhile. Though her biggest mistake was roaming instead of pushing in that big wave. She was already behind on exp and that just made the gap insane.
Love your videos but I'm confused how this would be a Tristana favored match up? When looking at sites like ugg almost all ranks show Sylas as one of her top counters. Are these statistics just not accurate?
Idk, no one really plays Sylas regularly in High Elo, but EVERYONE plays Tristana, so I assume she is just better. Maybe Tristana requires more skill (GM+) to be good
The Trist was kinda running it down though. That level 2 all in made no sense. No way you lose when you're up a lvl and you have such a big wave. The trist isn't some gold player, maybe just early season shennanigans.
I don't think purchased account. Hard to tell from this game. Could definitely go either way. Match history wasn't pretty but they aren't always pretty anyway. I'm gonna guess just a bad day and he ran into someone much better than him in a really bad matchup and bad circumstances.
damn, imagine being in trist place, getting shit on and ending up on a 200k sub channel being debated whether you were a bought account or not, for the chance of that being the case, amma say no, she wasn't a bought account
Pekin hit 5 chains in a row perfectly between minions/max range. Twitch half living trist definitely impacted early game but give Pekin most of the credit. Not a bought account, just some perfect sylas gameplay that shows the difference between a masters and a challenger player.
Not at all lol. Average master Sylas mechanics are better than Pekins, he's challenger because he's better at everything else. This game is obviously an outlier.
Nah trist just didn't have a brain working. She roamed when the wave wasn't crashing when she could've just stayed, crashed the huge wave and prevented sylas from making a huge freeze that eventually fucked her over the entire game. Tries to walk up instead of asking for jungler to help her unfreeze the wave. She Bs in very awkward spots and Es into fights thats never winnable. No idea how this guy got into masters tbh. Even a high emerald low diamond could easily not make those mistakes. Definitely boosted or bought cause that guy played like its his first time touching the game
@@toragic3432 She roamed because she was losing the lane and walking up was dangerous, so she tried to get an advantage elsewhere by doing a coinflip roam. Think of the Kata/Talon you play into that go 0/3 in lane, but then somehow they just killed your botlane twice and now they're fed. That's what she went for. She was already losing, so she tried a coinflip that made it so she either is back into the game, or still losing and nothing changed. It was an understandable attempt. But as with most carry champs that have no cc, once you're that far behind (0/3, 0/4) there's very little you can do as Tristana.
@@tangahkoncek6841no disrespect to pekin but that was not really all that impressive. As a sylas main it's obvious u flash w to heal. His combos could be better too but ig he doesn't play it often
seeing how many champions love building lichbane now made me realised how fucking TRASH this item was for years. theres so many AP autoweaving champs that were just deprived of a decent spellblade choice
Honestly I don’t think Trist played that horridly. Like the lvl 1 was good by twitch, and kinda won you the lane. Level 2 fight was kinda troll by her, purely because of the level gap, but it wasn’t a bad decision necessarily. You sealed the game with killing her with her ult when you were six and it honestly just did a lotttttt of damage. After that it was just unplayable for her. Honestly, just a bad game from the looks of it.
Bekin making ridiculously amazing plays, then dies and has the audacity to say "wow I bought mercs and was useless there" cmooon Pekin don't forget the sick insane plays you did just 5 seconds before that unfortunate death! You don't need to be so hard on yourself. Now that Vieguito is on Wild Rift I am certain Sylas is coming up soon too! I can't wait to play him and try these crazy outplays.
I played warwick jungle against her, absolutely disgusting when she has 2 kills early on our mid, like literally killed me at half hp with e when I'm attached to her and healing as well. It feels like she has so much dmg and a great escape/engage via w
8:33 Dantes would say protobelt because it allows him to get more angles for e. (for context, dantes argued with his tarzanned and a sylas chall 1 trick that protobelt is better than lich bane. Btw they hard lost the game because of it)
Lillia could’ve Q’d before flash, like ahri charm you can buffer it but you have to be quick cause the cast time is very quick. I don’t think you would have been able to react to it if lillia did it that way, so yes I think your in iron loooool
We have all had a lane get out of hand, Trist...what were they even supposed to do lol, it was finished, they tried to stay away or find spots to farm but they were so far behind and you were almost following them from lane to lane at times and ambushing them. With those items and levels Trist was screwed and was never coming back and you have the killer instinct to keep her down, glad she didnt dc actually because a lot of people would.
I had a game like this when I first started playing years ago, actually stopped laying for a few years because of it. I was tristana bot and had a really bad start and never recovered. we ended up losing the game and my whole team reported me because of it. was a really bad experience, especially for someone new to the game.
Totally unrelated, but i miss the old runes. I created some nasus build that started me off with like 25% cdr, since it wasnt ability haste back then. Stg bro if get at least 500 stacks every 20 min. Had like a 78% win rate in almost 50 ranked games that season
i think itreally came down to the level 1 cheese by twitch into perfect capitalization of your lead into their jungle also playing poorly so there was nothing the trist could really do. They tried to make a play bot and it didnt work and from then on leaving tower is just instant death and with no jungle able to help her she's just stuck in a lose lose situation of either staying under tower forever and being 100cs and 5 levels down which means you get to dominate the entire map while her team is effectively stuck 4v5, or she gets as much xp and cs as she can, repeatedly dying in the process, but getting some level of power to have the slightest chance of helping the team. Either way she plays, from minute 1 shes gonna be called an inter and a bought acc without anyone actually seeing what happened to her. Probably the only thing she couldve is asked fiora to swap lanes and tried to play into nasus to get some farm and just repeatedly swap lanes so that trist is always into nasus and fiora is always into sylas. Fiora is good into both but at least trist into nasus can farm from range and if he tries to get onto her she can jump away. Overall really sucked for her and I feel bad because I've been in similar completely helpless positions because you KNOW no ones gonna help you and everyone is just gonna flame and report you.
