Greetings from across the waters in Sydney. Good to see such a positive story for AA treatment. My sister had AA (and later PNH) and 3 years ago had a bone marrow transplant. I was the donor. Her situation is now close to 'normal' health after many ups and downs. As well as an encouraging video, the link you provided is very useful for finding support forums.
I have watched so many of these stories, I understand how she felt I feel alone I don't know anyone with Aplastic Anemia so I don't have anyone to talk to. I don't think my family understand what I am going through. A few months ago I started losing my hair and I am starting to bruise more now. I am scared but I have to be strong and keep fighting I'm not a candidate for treatment at this time I'm on a wait and see stage now. This videos bring information to me.

I suspect I have AA too. I've been treating it with extensive research into nutrition. Pumpkin seeds every day, beef bone broth, plenty of high iron absorption veg, plenty, plenty of fruit vitamin C and everyday some pineapple, oysters for magnesium and zinc a few times in the week.. Still I am researching and trying and so far this has improved my symptoms. No alcohol or veg and fruit that inhibits iron absorption, careful about what spices, no chocolate (although super dark chocolate like 75% or more in small amounts seems ok) and staying away from dairy , sugar and gluten. It's not too hard and I see differences quite quickly. I'm trying what I can and doing ok. Just kind of eating consciously I suppose. Anyhow I hope things are working out for you too.
