Kenny Gudz I think we're talking about a cultural phenomenon and not individual situations. Cellphone /social addiction is a real thing and a lot of people instantly turn to their phones no matter what's going on. But I agree, I would never take such a level of disrespect from any friend or even acquaintence.

This is an excellent sketch - it seems simple, but there's depth to it. You have 3 stories going on 1. Matt's relationship with the girl 2. James and his potato 3. James' texting on his phone. It works well and is effective.
