Coming from someone in the FL panhandle, I wish you the best of luck. Hurricanes can be costly for individuals and businesses, and my heart always hurts for folks in PRico during storm season. Having had multiple storms over the years, I personally would never live there year round. The money you will save on taxes might be consumed in evacuation costs and property damages/insurance!! Great video 🤩 You reminded me I am my best when I am challenged and outside my comfort zone. Why??? Omg I’m from over there and the place has been left like a 3rd world country!!!! It’s terrible out there! Lights are always going out and almost all the young ppl have left. There’s no jobs over there so young ppl have to leave there’s no future for them there!

I could never handle Puerto Rico, I have heat tolerance issues and basically start having a heat stroke at any temperature above 70 Fahrenheit where sun is present, and above 80 Fahrenheit even without sun. I've already had 2 heat strokes and like 20 episodes of heat exhaustion in my life, so the idea of living somewhere tropical is sadly just not something I can consider 🤷🏼♂️ but I am super excited for you 😁

Culebra is sweet, reachable by boat only. Check that out and watch ur luggage in San Juan there is still some crime there as anywhere in the U.S. The Beaches are gorgeous and u can surf near Rincon🏄.

Just went in a vacation and stay in a small non tourist town...it was so very peaceful. The one thing I will say learning the language so thankfully Im fluent and although it is important it isn’t as important as learning the culture. They are laid back, super kind and accommodating so when you go places know they tale thinks really easy and almost always they mean well. It was the kindest place ai have ever been to in my life. Lastly go visit a panaderia and get yourself some oatmeal every morning....it truly represents their wholesome organic lifestyle. Wishing you blessings and much success en Mi Isla Puerto Rico! I went to Australia with one suitcase to build a house and start a business, my worst mistake was NOT selling up in the UK which left me without the 100% commitment that you must have to make it really work. I built a beautiful house in a stunning sub tropical area but relied too much on businesses I still had in the UK.
