Many ladyboys also have have trachea shaves to reduce the size. Her hands aren’t that big. They are just close to the camera which makes them appear larger. Her look isn’t actually that usual for a lot of Thai girls. A woman friend of mine from Kanchanaburi I know looks just like her.
