As the youngest, you guys need to say sorry afterwards. You older siblings are our world and role models, we want you guys to be proud of us. When we are I guess “being annoying” we’re just trying to hang out with you or get your attention, you guys yelling or getting mad at us for watching you do something and continually asking to play or help or whatever, just kindly say “maybe later” or “in a bit” when you get mad like that it genuinely will hurt us for weeks afterwards. I used to cry when my brother cried (I have 3 but he’s closest in age) and I used to sit in timeout with him and he would always get mad, now he’s always (day, and night, even when he’s sleeping) with his girlfriend, I can understand that he loves her but whenever I try to talk to him he brushes me off by “m/n go away!” Or “m/n shut up!” And it’s really hurtful, if you are an older sibling, please talk to your younger sibling, don’t brush them off. Him doing this genuinely makes me cry thinking about it because we used to be super close, we kinda still are. Just talk to your younger sibling, please.

Everyone is saying how they ignore their siblings or yell at them for no reason, I try to seem really interested and supportive of every little accomplishment my brother tells me and has cauise I know I needed that most when I was little and never got it

Honestly, older siblings be nice before it's too late. As a younger sibling who got treated badly by the oldest, be nice please. He hurt me so much that now i don't want to be around him most of the time. He is the reason why my mental health is like this. Even if he tried fixing our bond, it won't work. I know that sometimes you get mad at the youngest, I do. But i apologize even if he doesn't understand what sorry is.
