Theory: Galaxy Steve wasn't destroyed, he was split into 2 Time and Elemental Think about it, Time and Elemental popped up exactly where Galaxy Steve "blew up" Edit: this also helps the whole Elemental Steve doesn't know who created him because he feels like he and Time Steve was once one but Void won't say who that person was so Elemental just has to follow Void And on top of that maybe Time Steve is evil but Sabre catches up to Time and tells him about what happened and time listens, kinda the opposite of what happened in SS where Sabre thought he was Evil but Time Steve showed him otherwise
