I dont know much about this au, but based on this video, this is the lore I have gotten together: Hatsume is making Izuku into a robot, yet no one knows. The reason Endeavour and All Might started to get suspicious was because Robot Deku (in this case, we'll just call him robot deku instead of anonymous M.) was putting plenty of effort into making sure everyone knows he's "Not" human. Obviously, it seems that Bakugou was not childhood friends with Izuku, because he wasn't surprised by the design looking exactly like him. I may be wrong, and Katsuki may not just recognize him. Anyhoo, that's all I have. you can correct me all you want.
