From what I can see and feel from my own experience, expression though many art forms is good for us. Nobody will know except what it's like being in your head but you are not alone as others suffer the same, maybe not with the same story but people will relate to how you feel one way or another. Keep believing in yourself and remember there is always someone by your side even if they aren't physically close to you.
