I like how on the first point of the house the words say “I’m okay” but after catnap does what he does he’s at an angle where the words say “I’m not okay” that’s a pretty small change but I’m here for it!
This legit seems like a good theory, that scene was a metaphor for how inside the playcare, everything outside is fake, and the critters are the children.

@@flower5639 good point, but I still think he felt bad. Also in away I do believe he was being like controlled, but by the prototype tho. He just didn’t know what was going on tho or realize what he was doing bc the prototype turned him evil. I am sure if he wasn’t evil then he could have realized what was going on.
Honestly this has to be my favorite cat nap videos. Hes portrayed as such a monster but this shows his emotional damaged state. Hes the first monster that we get straight up told who he is and why he turned and why he's evil. I still always wondered why he preferred the prototype over the kids/his friends. Im not sure how deep you are in Poppy lore but if you ever made a video about those things and how Theo became cat nap, sweet at first but slowly becoming evil. Maybe cause he sees what the humans are doing. Id LOVE that, especially since in the game- i mean did you hear catnap's vhs?? Its heartbreaking. Theres so much lore and GH is PERFECT for that. Also how long does it take for you to do one of these shorts? Do you take commissions? I imagine if you did they'd be very expensive but im still curious
Prototype just use method kill all human but they doesn't agree with that idea they still believe human good so that why prototype tell catnap kill 6 smiling critter and catnap just doesn't want kill his best friend so he just rip dogday leg so he looks like kill him he just wants to let him live and doesn't want be alone When catnap see prototype give hand he thinks he gonna save him but he kill him because he failed kill human/player and see dogday still here he know catnap lies about kill 7 critters

Explain: He does not wanted to do this. His friends were smiling because they cant sleep because outside were a thunder and then catnap came so they started smiling means they think that they would can sleep with his red smoke. i hope it helped ❤

Poor catnap, the grief he feels of having to put his friends to sleep to get experimented on is tearing him apart, evident by how he trembles holding their picture. All while the scientist are outside shaking tree branches and pouring water to imitate a storm so the smiling critters would be scared, and eager to welcome catnap in to put them to sleep. While catnap knew what was going on outside and what was about to happen, regret from betraying his friends is all he feels due to this role that he's forced to play.
@Medic576 no need to be mean, I seen several comments of people wondering exactly what was happening, so I took the time to give an answer to those people.
No matter what Catnap is always innocent child and so are the others .. REMEMBER THEY ARE NOT MONSTERS.... They are small children that have been manipulated 😢😢
Remember if you play chapter 3, the very end when Catnap breaks in and starts chasing you and releasing the gas, pat him on the face a few times and he will become an ally and he will avoid the Prototype claw at the end. He just wants his friends back and you patting his head makes him feel good again. It's all the organization fault and the hour of joy was not what they wanted to happen exactly. Save the characters like Doggo. Untie him and let him help defending against the tinies. You can find his legs but I don't know how to get him to XD. I also think the Prototype is the kid on the radio. Splitting a kid up and half wants violence and completion and the other trying to get out and helping a person is not too much for the company to be capable of
@@zezodbis5102 no mods for me, I only know of Doggy's legs from another lets player.. I tried my best to mod "Plants vs Zombies GOTY edition" but it is not going well lol XD I want the "Plant Anywhere" mod and it is not on "Nexus/Vortex mod" lol
Yall noticed that catnap is caring and loving in these youtube animations? Meanwhile the canon catnap from the game literally killed all of the critters because he wanted to.
He killed them because they defied the prototype. Although I feel like it was more like they had an intervention with Cat Nap and it definitely didn't end well.
Maybe catnap was forced to do it and they said if he didn't obey them they will make him an experiment/ mutant. So catnap obey them and made the smiling critters asleep. The workers did the experiment to all of the smiling critters except catnap. The others of the smiling critters died / failed and dogday was the only one who survived the experiment. Because of that, catnap decided to escape the playcare together with dogday but they was caught and dogday legs were cut off and catnap got experimented. Catnap became a monster after the experiment but still have a bit of his memory so he killed the worker and after a while he lost his memory. It makes this even more true is that you can see that catnap is wearing a moon necklace while dogday is wearing a sun necklace.( This is all just a theory maybe its real and maybe it's not ). Another theory. Do you remember the writings on the wall in chapter one when you got chased by huggy wuggy? In the vents you can see the writing in many colors. If its the worker writing it in a hurry, they wouldn't use many different colors. And also, when we open the box poppy was in, we suddenly fell unconscious/ asleep. Poppy box was also seen filled with some red smoke. At this point you can already understand what im trying to say. In the video where the smiling critters were scared by the wind, maybe the were scared of something else. Which is poppy. Maybe poppy had some sort of plan and they are against the idea because it's terrifying/ bad idea. So they locked poppy up and catnap filled the box with the red smoke. If you paid attention on the writing in chapter one, you can see ollie's name written and some sort of warning and some others were about the smiling critters. If you look in front of poppy doors have some of the robots / toys hanging and they were warning written on the wall at poppy's door. The same design of the robots/toys hanging were also included in chapter 3. The only crafty likes to write, colouring, draw, is craftycorn ( i think thats her name. ) In the video it can be seen that craftycorn is the most scared one. Poppy brought us to playcare for a reason it is to take revenge at the smiling critters for locking her up. ( This is my theory but its your choice to believe it or not anyway this is a theory im still not sure if its true or not. )
