Please interview Ediz Gürel. He is dominating the 2nd board and he is only 15 years old. He is also ranked #3 overall in the olympiade. He deserves some recognition!

@@SR-fs2fd Indian chess is stronger than ever. But I agree with you that Fide does focus on a handful of players, promotes also women chess but misses a bit in mentioning new talents from other regions. I am interested to hear the stories of people from all over the world.

Well he is 7.3 points away from 2800, 9.3 away from Hikaru for world no 3, 10.6 away from Caruana for world no 2 all three targets are right next to each other. But Gukesh and Abdusattorov are also closing in quickly just 8 and 9 points behind him. Firouzja is also on some sort of a resurgence after a slump may join them at the top. Pragg has settled in at 2750 for a while after a hot streak last year. Niemann, Keymer are also now around the top 20. So the youngsters are catching up to the elite. They are all the same age group (18 - 21). very very young. That is going to be the lineup for the future of chess. Esipenko, Nihal, Sindarov were in the same boat till last year (2700), they have slumped this year. Hope they can get their act together.

I have a fair idea of the future top 10 or 12. Not in any order - Gukesh, Abdu, Arjun, Firouzja, Pragg, Keymer, Wei Yi, Abhi Mishra, Ediz Gurel and Erdogmus Kaan. Niemann is unpredictable. It depends on Carlsen's and Fabi's mood if they want to be in this midst or not. The future looks bright.

Pragg at his best will become Sergey Karajkin. Erigaisi cannot beat a 2700+. Only Alireza, Abdusattorov and Gukesh may fight for the top place.

I like Arjun but I would like to see Interviews with other players as well 😆 there wasn't even an interview with Le Quang Liem after he beat the World Champion like what 💀

Many people have beaten him but not many people can win 7 wins and 1 draw in 8 games that too with top players of rating 2600+ and 2700+

@@joker-iw8ulhe has not beaten a 2700+ but instead he has beaten a 2600- 😂 he's like Giri, farming rating but instead of drawing strong players he's beating weak players. Shame.

He would most prolly play candidates and if he Won , then he would get chance to challenge for World Championship 🏆 , that's the highest title any chess player wants ..

Actually his rating was below 2700 last year and the tournaments are already booked few months earlier so that's why he didn't get invite.....we will see him playing in the upcoming tournaments
