@ChrisSemler I'm going to be a huge japanese nerd here. チャオズジャパン actually means Chao's Japan in a really broken japanese, the 2 correct ways of writing it are チャオズ日本 (Chaoz Japan) or 混沌日本 (Chaos Japan).
Even if this was the only map thats really hard, it looks like its hard, but it really isnt, speed,time and skill is the true key to completing every map
i really hate the first exploding button, not only because it's almost impossible to avoid (you can either stay in the wooden platform or be at sync with others), my runs have always been f*cked up by exploding buttons. anyways yeah i agree that chaoz japan is a very good map and probably one of the best highlights yet. i have some gameplay issues that i hope the creator can fix: 1- gameplay feels weird for some parts of the map, like that one part before the tower where there are these really long jumps, the fe2 physics affect them and makes them very annoying. but these are the fe2 physics, probably not the creator's fault. 2- some parts lack directions, i know that the map is pretty sight readable and IT'S A CRAZY MAP. but with the addition of 3 more arrows in the map would not make it boring would it? again, it's a crazy map, so it does not need that many directions as crazy maps are supposed to make you figure out how to beat the map yourself. but that's just me, great map overall!
The one problem with the map is that wooden platform in the tower section, there are so many skips in the map and if someone ahead of you presses the button during the tower section the platform collapses before you even make it there.
I really don't like Chaoz Japan, it's a literal ripoff of AVM. Hopefully the person who made this should remake it and not just be another AVM map that's decorated to look like a completely different map.
7:26 Blaming the map for having a button there instead of blaming Crazyblox for even adding exploding buttons, let alone allowing the event on crazy maps, is crazy.

This is my opinion, but as much as I think Chaoz Japan is a very fun map, I think Oil Outpost should stay. I feel like Chaoz Japan doesn't really give Japan vibes because the whole map is mostly green except with a few touches like blossom trees and sandōs. I also don't like how the word "Chaoz" is seen midway during the map, I feel like it sort of ruins the thrill of the map. Oil Outpost has some pretty good animations. However, it's less entertaining than Chaoz Japan since it's a hard mode map. I've completed both, and I personally think Oil Outpost should stay.
Hey I was in this video! Yay! About Chaoz Japan, it's cool and all but it's definitely something thats harder than avm to me. Unlike avm, most jumps are far so it makes it really challenging. I kinda dislike these strict timing maps, but eh.
