When I finally grew the balls to break up with her, she started telling people that I’d done something to abuse her. It’s amazing the horrible things you let someone get away with when you think you love them. This audio really helped me fall asleep last night. Thank you so much for recording this.

To all the men who have been cheated on or dumped, realize now that everything comes with reason. People cheat, due to boredom, sorrow in their own heart, or mistakes in some instances. People break up, due to an unbalance of emotions that is given to one another, some want more than you are willing to give, and others want less because you give way too much. Know that women are not the negative force in your life that you should be worrying about, because just like us they hurt too, in the same ways and for the same reasons. The saying "love yourself before you love another" doesn't actually mean to try really really hard to force that emotion. You actually have to work for it, just like you would a relationship. You have to find ways that make you happy and feel like you're doing something new for a change, playing games or listening to gfe asmr, which I'm not trying to bash because this is still a way to cope, which you should do so to let go of all those negative emotions with ease, but you'll reach a point if you haven't already where games and asmr makes you even more guilty of yourself. Life is about preparation, precautions, and avoidance. When you have those things, and many more smaller subjects in life you've created a healthy cycle that can begin to grow.

Lol, AGH, my heart! I didn't think I needed this until after I received it... Thank you for your amazing work, it feels like, even though we've never met, we really have dated for 3 years. The quiet tone is much appreciated to, the constant loud noises make life a little more annoying, lol. But in all sincerity... this... hit hard XD Ill be honest, my first girl friend was good, we dated on and off twice for 7 years but... realized our spark had died out, really. She was good in heart and spirit, but she was a rough lady XD Not abusive by any means, but, a little too combat ready for me XD. We tried to make it work, but... figured it'd be best in the end to end it on a good note. Of course, she's changed over the years since then, and she's much more lovable and cuddly now, I'm guessing being physical was her way of coping back then. But... It hurts to know that she's something I gave up on, only to see what she's grown into now. Everyone after her is what left this hole in my heart I have now. Nothing's lasted more than a month, sadly. Either I lose whatever mysterious shroud I seem to have about me, talking more and showing who I am, causing them to lose interest or see me as too clingy (which I am, not gonna lie), or they just... disappear. Or worse... they use me to cheat on someone else. That last relationship only lasted two weeks because of that, and I didn't have the gal or the courage then to break it off to where she never talked to me again, I always ignored her after though... It was eventually it came to a point where she got a hold of me on Facebook, and she asked for my number. I redirected her to a number that plays the rick roll song, then blocked her... a bit harsh on my end, I think, but... it still hurt, you know? I mean, I don't have a horror story as bad as anyone else, but... I really saw a future with her, I got attached (too quick), and ... then I find out from her current BF that she was dating him too. So... yeah. She left one MASSIVE promise broken when I found that out. Plus, no one's ever outright said, "I love you, so much." outright, first. Except one, and we're not even dating, and she only means it in a platonic way. I've always been the one to say it first. So... yeah this here gave me a lot of what I didn't think I needed. I truly enjoyed this and everything, so I really wish I could say this helps me in someway, but frankly, I feel like it just makes me focus more on my... shortcomings, so to say. Regardless, it's still nice to hear these sweet nothings from somebody, even if it is some internet stranger.

You know what memory I have that I still can't forget that hits worse than the rest? The one where 7 year old me woke up to not seeing my dad in the room with my mom and then not seeing him till 2 years later and then 7 more years after that. Good thing is that helps, is the fact my dad and I talk alot more now. But I still can't let go of that memory and not even he knows.

Trust me I know what this is like I have a lot of bad memories myself a lot of them have to do with what I did durring OEF and OIR I have done things that I regret I have seen things that would drive the sanest among you mad. I got addicted to the natural high most serial killers are on and it bothers me. I'm home now after all of that and I live a quiet life I bother very few people and very few people bother me I hate my own species for what I have seen them do. I absolutely adore and love animals but dispise humans as is justified for what I've seen. I am now retired ex-military special forces with severe combat PTSD and anxiety with a heart condition and poison chemical warfare exposure. Enjoy the freedoms you have people because myself and millions of other Americans had paid for it with either their sanity or their lives. #RLTW
