I think she actually handle it very well and said things other nominees wouldn't have gone that far. Not saying I would vote for her, but at least she says things and actually gives examples unlike the others.

Reality has been "tampered with". Why should we live by their view of the world because that world no longer exists. It sounds to me like sh r isn't interested in the job. It also sounds like she isn't qualified for it. I think she needs to take comprehension 101. Has she even attended high-school yet? And if so, did she complete any introductory classes? Does she understand that she is being asked to give her opinion? Does she understand English? Is she capable of having an opinion, much less, giving an opinion? Not to be rude, but, can't they find a nominee that is capable of answering a simple question? Is this a deliberate fu** up on the part of the democratic party, or was she nominated randomly from a group of special Ed rejects? Does she believe it is racist to answer the question? Does she believe that not directly addressing the question may somehow make it go away? Shouldn't there be some litaness test to show if she is qualified to be questioned by senate members before wasting precious time and resources that could be more wisely spent on some other nominee, that may, perhaps, atleast be able to participate in some kind of remedial conversation? Can't they do better than this or do they really need to be re-educated, much like some of them happen to think that all Republicans need to be? What's the deal here anyway, are they growing these people in a garden and picking them before their neural nets are formed? Is this one of fauci's failed human, animal, hybrid experiments, or maybe human,plant hybrids? She has the mind of asparagus.

But, she had to go all over the place in an effort to chew up as much time as possible and never answer a direct question or get any follow ups.

@ It's easy. The Constitution is the law of the land. And over 200 years ago it was settled that any law that contradicts the Constitution is null and void. So interpreting the Constitution correctly is literally step #1 ......if you care about following the law instead of ruling from the bench. And this woman wouldn't tell Mr. Kennedy that was wasn't going to rule from the bench.

@ Easy. Those are legally passed adjustments to the Constitution that aren't available to a single activist judge sitting on a bench. They had to go through the proper channels that the original Constitution made allowances. All of which happened before that woman entered law school. I agree 99%. There is probably a 1% margin where the Constitution is perhaps in need of a tweak. But, honestly, it's a pretty solid document - the Founders were prescient.
