Hey dude, just a quick suggestion about the format of the store regarding people and kids being able to look through and play with stuff. I've tried that format, and found that resellers will come in and "cherry pick" the best re-sellable pieces, and leave the lesser in demand bits/pieces behind, which can be okay, but I ended up with piles that I had to lot up, and practically give away because the good bits were picked out practically in the very beginning of having pick through piles and bins. So perhaps if you're going to go with that approach, dont put out everything at once, and collect data as people come and shop with you to see how much at a time to put out.
I’ll keep that in mind. I like toys like the dolls that are easy to price all the same, but yeah, some of the stuff that had valuable pieces is gonna be ages to keep track of.

American girl has a great example of play-value toys and displays! Always have toys kids can play with and pick up and it does wonders for sales. Things do get messy tho lol. I worked at one of the stores and got to paint backdrops for displays. Some cute paintings and set ups like your Thomas table will really pay off

Hi Tendo! Congratulations on your store! Don't forget Barbie and accessories. I sell at least 25 Barbies per month, and the clothes, car, helicopter, boat. Also, Mickey and Minnie plush sell and just about anything Disney.
