Bad description of impact frame. For anyone inter in what an impact frame REALLY is. It’s a method on animation used that brings together several different aspects of animation ranging from color contrast to frame shake to color inversion all for the sake of adding “impact” to minuscule moments of time which can give a big feeling of “oomph” to the animation.
I came here to say this gave me huge One Punch Man vibes and then I read the description. You were trying to emulate that kind of style and it DEFINITELY shows. This is really impressive work.
OMG I CAN'T- THIS IS AMAZING!! I CAN'T EXPRESS IN WORDS, OMG HOW!?!? THE ANIMATION IS SMOOTH, THE WAY THE CHARACTER MOVES CLOSER AND FARTHER AWAY FROM SCREEN IS SO DYNAMIC AND THE IMPACT FRAMES!! AND THE WAY YOU ANIMATED THE BOXE-THINGYS, HOW IT LOOKS SO "3 DIMENSIONAL" (I DON'T MEAN THE ANIMATION, I GUESS YOU GOT WHAT I MEAN) AND HOW YOU MADE IT SO CONSTANT 😭😭 THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!
Delicious. The unbelievable high you get when you make an animation you're working on to look exactly the way you want it, or when you unintentionally make something cool as fuck is amazing. This is how that felt.
You should definitely work for an animation studio if you aren’t already. I think what makes this so impactful is that during the black and white bits, your art style completely changes
Bro how are u not hired to a studio the animation and the impact frames are pro level animators so beautiful I've never seen a fan animation better than yours bro how is a studio not hiring you rn Do u not realize your animating like top tier animation That's better than most anime impact frames you are talented
My brain filled in the sound effects, the crimson moon from fireforce fits the explosive bit, and some basic sword effects and other stuff you can have creative freedom with work as well.
I wanna push myself to animate like this, it’s my dream to do stuff like this it’s amazing you think I could get some tips on like softwares/programs to do stuff like that so I can practice? Awesome stuff btw
software is clipstudio paint. background animation done in blender. just start animating and practicing, study sakuga animation, yutaka nakamura and stuff. to reach my current skill will take you a year or two max, it really isn't that impressive
@@ianzhang975 I mean probably too you it isn’t but I’m guessing just because I’m a beginner I probably think so, but either way I really love it, so just the smooth movement animation of all the blocks and such was done in blender and the movement of the characters was done in clip studio?
