I'm planning to move to Ghana permanently to concentrate on my farm. Uk based Ghanaian farmer.

The tips our sister shares are priceless. Many businesses fail for lack of understanding and appreciation of the risk of the local culture.

We need more young people involved in farming because the future needs real food.We should promote farming as a business to attract young people and increase women's participation in agribusiness.

Working with Ghanaians, I’ve realized that strict supervision is the way forward. If you are not always with them to direct them, they won’t work. It’s better to get a very good supervisor or do it yourself.
