Shanna two things I LOVE how you have raised Sefton to be a gentleman, he was so gentle with you when he knocked and asked to come in. I did notice you were out of breath but I thought you must've just done a workout. I'm so glad you are feeling better. What is amazing is that you still did videos through all of this!!?? I wouldn't be able to. Here is to an easier pregnancy until little one arrives.

I was 44 years old when I had my daughter she is now 8 years old. During my 1st trimester I had really bad morning sickness and let's not talk about acid reflux...ugh! I could not stand the smell of coconut oil and Fabuloso cleaner.....I literally craved cheese and fried chicken strips from KFC. I love your journaling idea for your baby I wish I would thought of doing that while pregnant with my daughter.

I'm glad you're feeling better. The funny thing is that I noticed the shortness of breath but for some reason, I thought it was from the cold weather LOL.

Your son is so polite. I don’t care for any of the pregnancy stuff but I’m still going to watch these videos because I really like you. Congratulations again.

I threw up every day for 42 & 1/2 weeks including the day I gave birth 😩 My daughter is 22 now & I want a son. I’m so glad you’re sharing your pregnancy journey with us Shanna!

Yesss the 24/7 hangover was exactly how I described the morning sickness to my husband. I have not thrown up but the 24/7 nausea make me feel like I wish I would. I also am journaling my journey.

I just gave birth in November and you’re repeating my journey almost exact. Especially with the ice ice cold water and soft crushed ice if possible. I just couldn’t get enough.

I used the What to Expect App when I was pregnant with my daughter five years ago and I still continue to use it although I’m done having children. My birth month group isn’t super active anymore, but it’s nice to see updates every now and then since our kids are the same age. I am also in the African American Mommies group and that one is a really fun group to follow. I typically pop in daily. There are moms at many different stages of the motherhood journey and the topics cover any and everything. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

First, You look amazing and so beautiful!! I also couldn’t eat anything but greasy foods in my first trimester. I literally laid on the couch and waited for month 4, I was so nauseous. I was pregnant at 41, U will be just fine. Prenatal yoga will save your life, I think you will enjoy it and it will help with the birth.
