@@laurariedt Thanks, it helped me by giving me a better understanding of myself and how complex I am as a person. It has also revealed a lot of stuff I had held onto from childhood without realizing it.

@@laurariedtFor anxiety, I think my therapist helped me realize that suppressing some of my emotions that I didn't like resulted in anxiety.
