The wording was weird and I thought the same at first, but no he meant "just because he made a mistake or two" referring to him yknow.. having relationships with students. So he was being like "just because he had relationships with students doesn't mean he would spy on the girls' locker room!!" (hahaha......) this game is so wild tho haha
